簡介:INTERINTRA出現以后,以WWW技術為主流的信息服務系統迅速發(fā)展,由于信息系統用戶的廣泛性,決定了客戶端必須使用通用的跨平臺軟件,WWW瀏覽器為信息服務系統提供了良好條件,該系統采用BS的體系結構,具有易于操作、客戶機的軟件安裝簡單以及便于維護等特點。BS的方式盡管有許多優(yōu)點,但在開發(fā)技術上提供的手段還不夠豐富,在數據操作復雜的情況下,仍采用CS的方式,此種方式要求單位內微機在物理位置上比較集中,數量也控制在有限的范圍內。本文總結了以上兩種典型的MIS系統的體系模式,即CS模式和BS模式的特點和應用原則,并探討了另一種基于INTER的現代MIS系統的體系結構CS和BS混合模式。這種模式可以使信息系統在服務內容、系統安全和系統實現等諸多因素達到較高的平衡和效率。另外,信息管理系統的安全管理顯得尤為重要。本文強調了網絡與信息管理系統的安全需要綜合考慮物理安全與邏輯安全。物理安全主要指網絡硬件的維護和使用以及管理等;邏輯安全是從軟件的角度提出的,主要指數據的保密性、完整性、可用性等等。中國國際航空股份有限公司航班生產管理信息系統是以上理論的一個具體的實施項目。本文介紹了主要模塊的設計和實現,從實踐上驗證了BS和CS的混合模式的優(yōu)勢和可行性,并總結了該模式下的設計實現原則和部分安全性設計。在最后,本文展望了未來MIS系統體系結構的兩種主要的發(fā)展趨勢。J2EE是美國SUNMIRCROSYSTEM公司推出的一種全新概念的應用服務器模型與傳統的互聯網應用程序模型相比有著不可比擬的優(yōu)勢。J2EE被定義成目標為擴展企業(yè)的業(yè)務范圍、降低運營成本、縮短企業(yè)和客戶之間的響應時間、簡捷、快速的服務于企業(yè)、合作伙伴和雇員之間,并廣泛應用于BS結構中的一項的技術。??蚣苁俏④涢_發(fā)人員戰(zhàn)略的核心內容,它旨在幫助開發(fā)人員輕松地構建、配置和運行WEB服務?;谖④浀拈_發(fā)平臺,致力于通過將緊密耦合的、高效的N層計算技術與面向消息的、松散耦合的WEB概念相結合來實現的。這種系統能將網絡中各處的眾多的應用程序進行集成,并大大提升應用程序的價值。MIS系統開發(fā)技術正發(fā)生著一次質的飛躍,從根本上大幅度提高開發(fā)人員的生產效率,它開啟了一道通向全新概念的應用程序的大門。

簡介:西南財經大學碩士學位論文價值鏈管理在航空公司成本管理中的應用姓名李煥英申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)會計學指導教師焦薇20060401版的競爭優(yōu)勢一書中引入了價值鏈的概念,提出了從企業(yè)整體無法判斷其競爭優(yōu)勢,需要將企業(yè)的經營活動分解,對各個部分分別進行研究,其工具就是價值鏈。價值鏈活動主要包括基本活動和輔助活動兩個方面。它們之間的聯系有兩種,即內部聯系和縱向聯系。價值鏈的管理主要有垂直價值鏈管理、水平價值鏈管理以及虛擬價值鏈管理三種方式。價值鏈管理在國外已有廣泛的應用。據統計,美國大約有90%的公司都在應用價值鏈管理模式。我國一些公司也開始引入價值鏈管理,如海爾公司、TCL公司、海信公司等。但是,在我國,將價值鏈管理引入成本領域不管是在理論上還是在實踐中中并不多見。第二章主要對價值鏈管理與成本管理的結合在理論上進行了探討。本章從傳統成本管理的缺陷入手,對價值鏈管理在成本管理中應用的必要性以及價值鏈成本分析進行了闡述。為了更好地闡述價值鏈管理在成本管理中應用的問題,從本文第三章起,筆者以實際案例為基礎,對這一問題進行詳細具體的論述。第三章以XY航空公司基于價值鏈管理的航班生產性費用管理系統的構建為例,對其進行透徹的分析與研究。本章從XY航空公司的具體情況說起,對航班生產用費用管理系統的開發(fā)背景、構建、功能以及系統實施后取得的成效等幾方面作了詳細的論證。系統開發(fā)的背景首先分析了在構建和應用該系統前企業(yè)航班生產性費用管理中存在的問題。接下來,對企業(yè)整體管理系統作了分析說明。該系統可分為合同管理功能、費用審核配比功能、成本費用自動預測功能、數據綜合查詢功能、報表穿透查詢功能、成本費用模擬測算功能、成本費用分析功能、成本歸集分攤功能等八大功能模塊。根據實踐表明,該系統在投入運行后實現了優(yōu)化數據流程等六項目標,取得了明顯改善成本控制、自動檢測潛在問題、自動監(jiān)測和核算航班成本、進行多角度費用審核、全方位歸集分析輸出報表以及規(guī)

簡介:南京航空航天大學博士學位論文中國航空工業(yè)上市公司集中度、融資結構與績效實證研究姓名汪本強申請學位級別博士專業(yè)管理科學與工程指導教師江可申20070901中國航空工業(yè)上市公司集中度、融資結構與績效實證研究II經營績效呈現先增后降之勢,產業(yè)績效總體運營較為平穩(wěn),波動幅度較小。這說明,上市公司在注重資本運營的同時,卻存在“偏廢”生產經營的傾向。對上市公司來說,生產經營是實,資本運營是虛,二者應相輔相成、虛實相濟。航空工業(yè)上市公司集中度與績效之間沒有表現出顯著的相關性,這既有產業(yè)特征、企業(yè)性質、產業(yè)結構與產品結構不匹配等方面原因,深層次的原因在于其受傳統計劃經濟體制和政府規(guī)制政策的影響??疾榘l(fā)現,擴大負債融資規(guī)模能夠提升航空工業(yè)上市公司資本運營績效,卻不能提高生產經營績效;擴大企業(yè)規(guī)模能夠提升生產經營績效,卻不能提高資本經營績效。這說明,航空工業(yè)上市公司實體資本與虛擬資本融合度的“缺失”已成為影響其績效水平的重要因素??疾檫€發(fā)現,提高航空工業(yè)上市公司產業(yè)規(guī)模、領導型廠商規(guī)模以及降低短期負債融資規(guī)??梢燥@著提升其產業(yè)績效水平。采用因子分析并結合考慮時間因素的動態(tài)方法對航空工業(yè)上市公司經營績效進行綜合評價,結果表明,以洪都航空為代表的飛機制造上市公司,其經營業(yè)績要明顯好于其它公司。關鍵詞關鍵詞航空工業(yè)上市公司,集中度,融資結構,融資偏好,產業(yè)績效,資源易得性
