簡(jiǎn)介:山東大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文航空公司飛機(jī)租賃方式研究以山東航空公司為例姓名錢曉晨申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)工商管理指導(dǎo)教師謝永珍20070920山東大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要在上世紀(jì)80年代,隨著改革步伐的加快,中國(guó)民航因基礎(chǔ)薄弱,一度成為制約國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的瓶頸之一為滿足航空運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)對(duì)運(yùn)力的需求,國(guó)內(nèi)航空公司開(kāi)始利用國(guó)外融資租賃和經(jīng)營(yíng)租賃等方式,大量添置了大中型干線飛機(jī),在改革開(kāi)放的近30年里,航空運(yùn)輸?shù)玫娇焖侔l(fā)展,目前中國(guó)的航空旅客運(yùn)輸量已經(jīng)捧名世界第2名,各項(xiàng)運(yùn)輸指標(biāo)均位居前列但直到目前,仍存在航空公司眾多、規(guī)模偏小的現(xiàn)象。一方面導(dǎo)致成本的居高不下,無(wú)法取得規(guī)模效益另一方面造成各公司不計(jì)成本,惡性競(jìng)爭(zhēng),不利于行業(yè)發(fā)展,更重要的是無(wú)法與國(guó)外航空公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。近幾年隨著國(guó)航、南航和東航三大集團(tuán)的聯(lián)合重組,規(guī)模做大,但除國(guó)航上市、資產(chǎn)負(fù)債率和經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī)有提高外南航和東航加速發(fā)展,機(jī)隊(duì)快速擴(kuò)張,資產(chǎn)負(fù)債率卻大幅上升,同時(shí)資金成為制約各公司發(fā)展的最大障礙。在這樣的形勢(shì)與背景下,本文針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)航空公司所面臨資金短缺對(duì)發(fā)展的制約及成本高企問(wèn)題,通過(guò)資本結(jié)構(gòu)理論和租賃以及成本習(xí)性分析理論,力圖在不同條件下運(yùn)用恰當(dāng)?shù)淖赓U融資方式,解決航空公司資金不足問(wèn)題,并從一定程度上降低航空公司租賃成本,確保發(fā)展進(jìn)度;同時(shí)擬從國(guó)內(nèi)航空飛機(jī)租賃業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),探討組建國(guó)內(nèi)飛機(jī)租賃專業(yè)公司的可行性,進(jìn)而充分保障航空公司發(fā)展的資金需求,打破國(guó)外租機(jī)公司獨(dú)占中國(guó)航空租賃市場(chǎng)的壟斷局面,利用競(jìng)爭(zhēng)降低航空公司租機(jī)成本,給航空公司創(chuàng)造更為寬松的環(huán)境,促進(jìn)航空公司的發(fā)展本文以山東航空公司飛機(jī)租賃方式為案例,提出了適合高負(fù)債率、資金制約明顯的航空公司的飛機(jī)租賃方式運(yùn)用資本結(jié)構(gòu)理論、成本習(xí)性理論、租賃理論對(duì)航空公司選擇飛機(jī)引進(jìn)方式進(jìn)行分析。提出國(guó)內(nèi)航空公司選擇飛機(jī)引進(jìn)方式的主要依據(jù)及影響,重點(diǎn)分析了各種租賃形式對(duì)航空企業(yè)的成本結(jié)構(gòu)、資本結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,經(jīng)過(guò)運(yùn)用現(xiàn)值計(jì)算方法,對(duì)不同租賃方式進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,提出了選擇不同租賃方式降低租賃成本的思路。通過(guò)對(duì)比國(guó)內(nèi)外航空租賃業(yè)務(wù)的優(yōu)劣,提出適合國(guó)內(nèi)航空公司的長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略一一參股建立國(guó)內(nèi)飛機(jī)租賃公司,最后提出了國(guó)內(nèi)航空公司飛機(jī)租賃業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展對(duì)策與未來(lái)發(fā)展方向。關(guān)鍵詞航空;飛機(jī);租賃;成本

簡(jiǎn)介:薪酬管理是人力資源管理的一個(gè)重要組成部分,科研人員是高科技企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力所在,能否做好科研人員的薪酬管理,對(duì)于企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展具有非常重要的作用。航天高科技領(lǐng)域是當(dāng)前國(guó)人矚目的焦點(diǎn),航天企業(yè)中科研人員薪酬體系的狀態(tài)直接關(guān)系到航天事業(yè)發(fā)展,建立一套科學(xué)合理、符合中國(guó)國(guó)情和航天企業(yè)發(fā)展需要的薪酬體系,是一項(xiàng)具有較強(qiáng)實(shí)踐意義的研究課題。本文在分析薪酬的目標(biāo)和作用的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)航天科研人員的薪酬現(xiàn)狀與存在的主要問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了剖析,針對(duì)航天科研人員薪酬結(jié)構(gòu)中激勵(lì)因素與保健因素的關(guān)系問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了專題研究,指出了當(dāng)前航天科研人員薪酬問(wèn)題的重點(diǎn)在于激勵(lì)因素與保健因素的均衡,分析了航天科研人員及其工作的特點(diǎn),對(duì)固定薪酬、浮動(dòng)薪酬和福利都作了定性和定量的研究,提出了具體的、可操作的航天科研人員薪酬模式。全文共分以下四個(gè)部分第一部分是薪酬理論概要。本部分對(duì)薪酬以及與薪酬有關(guān)的基本概念、理論作了綜述,包括對(duì)薪酬結(jié)構(gòu)、幾種典型的薪酬體系的分析,以及對(duì)薪酬的目標(biāo)和作用進(jìn)行了論述。第二部分是航天科研人員薪酬的現(xiàn)狀與問(wèn)題。從航天事業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程開(kāi)始,對(duì)航天科研人員薪酬的形成、現(xiàn)狀以及存在的主要問(wèn)題作了分析。指出在設(shè)計(jì)薪酬時(shí),必須把薪酬中的激勵(lì)、保健兩個(gè)因素同時(shí)予以考慮,根據(jù)不同的客觀條件,確定相應(yīng)的薪酬結(jié)構(gòu),達(dá)到保健因素和激勵(lì)因素之間的均衡配置。第三部分是對(duì)航天科研人員及其薪酬影響因素的分析。由科研人員群體入手,從科研人員的個(gè)性特點(diǎn)到航天科研人員的工作特點(diǎn),從航天科研人員薪酬的個(gè)人特征、組織特征到社會(huì)環(huán)境特征,逐層展開(kāi)地分析了當(dāng)前航天科研人員薪酬的主要影響因素。第四部分是航天科研人員的薪酬模式設(shè)計(jì)。在明確薪酬設(shè)計(jì)原則的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了航天科研人員的薪酬方案,包括崗位工資與技能工資雙通道的固定薪酬、項(xiàng)目獎(jiǎng)和年終獎(jiǎng)點(diǎn)面兼顧的浮動(dòng)薪酬、基礎(chǔ)福利和激勵(lì)福利匹配的健全適度的福利,并做出了具體的薪酬模式設(shè)計(jì)。最后,對(duì)超越薪酬的激勵(lì)方式進(jìn)行了探討。
