簡介:西南財經(jīng)大學碩士學位論文成都思泰航空科技有限責任公司營銷體系剖析姓名向冰申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)工商管理(EMBA)指導教師張劍渝20030602幅是第三章,在第三章中主要運用STP理論對思泰科技的市場營銷戰(zhàn)略制度方面做出分析,并特別闡述了筆者對技術與市場關系的一些個人觀點。在分析的過程中還運用了波特的價值鏈理論,管理經(jīng)濟學中囚徒理論分析了價格戰(zhàn)的成因。第四章是解決方案,除了從系統(tǒng)上提出解決思泰科技營銷戰(zhàn)略中存在的問題的想法之外,還對筆者認為的關鍵問題提出了解決方案的設想。本著從解決主要矛盾入手,進而理順整個營銷體系的思路,提出了_套系統(tǒng)方案,特別是對市場人才穩(wěn)定對直銷型企業(yè)的影響和穩(wěn)定市場人員提出了比較詳細的方案,希望對徹底解決思泰科技營銷管理上存在的和潛在的問題提供一些參考。筆者是參與思泰科技組建,并在2002年以公司副總經(jīng)理的身份在公司負責市場營銷工作,對市場公司有一定的認識,同時也獲得了公司內(nèi)部一些業(yè)務和財務信息,并且通過調(diào)研掌握了充分的行業(yè)信息。在搜集資料的同時,也翻閱了一些理論書籍,對資料進行分析。需要說明的是由于部分數(shù)據(jù)涉及公司機密,本文中引用的來自公司內(nèi)部數(shù)據(jù)是經(jīng)過處理的,但并不妨礙對事實的說明。通過分析,得出結(jié)論。在激烈競爭的環(huán)境中,思泰科技要生存要發(fā)展必須堅持以市場為導向,緊緊抓住培養(yǎng)自己核心競爭力這個主題,把研發(fā)能力與市場需求緊密相聯(lián)。堅持重點發(fā)展高端產(chǎn)品這。思路。同時,在企業(yè)管理上也必須有所創(chuàng)新,突破國企最難解決的問題,在用人機制和分配機制上進行根本性的變革。在這個前提條件下,解決營銷體系中存在的闊題才有可能。筆者也希望這一結(jié)論對思泰科技能夠有所幫助。關鍵詞營銷組合SWOTSTP價值鏈渠道營銷餓略
