簡(jiǎn)介:復(fù)旦大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文基于上海浦東空港的亞太區(qū)航空樞紐競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力分析姓名吳顯揚(yáng)申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專(zhuān)業(yè)管理科學(xué)與工程指導(dǎo)教師朱道立20070527復(fù)日大學(xué)碩E論文基于上海浦東空港的亞太區(qū)航空樞紐競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力分析摘要近幾年,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)保持著高速的增長(zhǎng),這推動(dòng)了我國(guó)航空運(yùn)輸事業(yè)的發(fā)展。與此同時(shí),上海機(jī)場(chǎng)肩負(fù)著建設(shè)亞太航空樞紐的重要?dú)v史使命。特別是在亞洲航空樞紐競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的形勢(shì)下,如何抓住區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的良好機(jī)遇,在了解自己和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手優(yōu)劣勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上,有效地借鑒先進(jìn)國(guó)際樞紐的經(jīng)驗(yàn),更快與國(guó)際接軌,是當(dāng)前上海浦東航空樞紐建設(shè)重點(diǎn)建設(shè)浦東航空樞紐,是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的問(wèn)題,需要許多因素的配合,我們不僅要向歐美成熟樞紐學(xué)習(xí),更要向亞洲的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手學(xué)習(xí),不斷總結(jié)和吸納他們的成功做法,在學(xué)習(xí)中趕超競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手。為了更好地研究上海浦東國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)在亞太航空樞紐競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中所處的地位,我們需要對(duì)比分析上海浦東機(jī)場(chǎng)在軟硬件配套設(shè)施、周邊環(huán)境、航空政策以及管理運(yùn)作效率等各方面的差距,從而為研究確定上海航空樞紐建設(shè)重點(diǎn)改進(jìn)工程內(nèi)容打下基礎(chǔ)。本文從亞洲五個(gè)航空樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)的背景和基本狀況出發(fā),通過(guò)搜集這些航空樞紐在硬件設(shè)施、周邊物流狀況、軟件政策和機(jī)場(chǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)的數(shù)據(jù)。首先,運(yùn)用多目標(biāo)層次分析法構(gòu)建了航空樞紐的機(jī)場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)要素分析表,并且基于這要素對(duì)亞太區(qū)航空樞紐在各方面的表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行逐~對(duì)比分析,得到了目前上海浦東機(jī)場(chǎng)在參與國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)時(shí),硬件上存在著地面配套設(shè)施不完整和政策面受到限制等差距的結(jié)論。然后,我們運(yùn)用內(nèi)生權(quán)重全要素效率分析法對(duì)航空樞紐投入產(chǎn)出運(yùn)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行模型計(jì)算與分析,比較了五個(gè)亞太航空樞紐的運(yùn)營(yíng)效率,得到了香港國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)和日本成田機(jī)場(chǎng)的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作效率較高的結(jié)論,并且基于模型分析,得出了部分運(yùn)營(yíng)方式對(duì)系統(tǒng)整體效率貢獻(xiàn)的程度,進(jìn)而提出浦東機(jī)場(chǎng)提高自身管理水平的可循之路。最后,結(jié)合兩部分的定量分析結(jié)論和各機(jī)場(chǎng)基本資料,針對(duì)日本成田、香港國(guó)際、韓國(guó)仁川和新加坡樟宜機(jī)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行SWOT分析,在定量和定性分析相結(jié)合下,綜合提出目前上海浦東機(jī)場(chǎng)的差距,主要包括五個(gè)方面地面配套設(shè)施指標(biāo)中的貨物處理能力和外圍物流配套設(shè)施;政策要素的國(guó)內(nèi)政策環(huán)境;以及機(jī)場(chǎng)整體運(yùn)作效率評(píng)價(jià)分析中得到的機(jī)場(chǎng)增值服務(wù)不完善,以及機(jī)場(chǎng)運(yùn)作效率相對(duì)較低并基于此,我們提出上海浦東國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)應(yīng)該結(jié)合自身的特點(diǎn)和能力,從五方面做出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展規(guī)劃。關(guān)鍵詞亞太航空樞紐,層次分析,內(nèi)生權(quán)重全要素效率分析,SWOT分析中圖分類(lèi)號(hào)F560

簡(jiǎn)介:重慶大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文中國(guó)國(guó)際航空股份有限公司航線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究碩士研究生江勇指導(dǎo)老師蒲勇健教授學(xué)科、專(zhuān)業(yè)工商管理重慶大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)與工商管理學(xué)院二OO七年十月I摘要隨著中國(guó)民航的改革和發(fā)展,從2002年起,中國(guó)國(guó)際航空公司、中國(guó)南方航空公司和中國(guó)東方航空公司“三個(gè)大型航空公司”重組成功。這三個(gè)大型航空公司的成立標(biāo)志著中國(guó)民航業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)進(jìn)入到一個(gè)新的階段。由于資源的不同,各個(gè)航空公司都會(huì)選取各種不同的戰(zhàn)略來(lái)支持公司的發(fā)展和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。航線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模式的不同對(duì)航空公司在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中選取不同的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略有著重要的影響,同時(shí)會(huì)對(duì)航空公司的盈利模式產(chǎn)生影響。本文以航線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模式為切入點(diǎn),結(jié)合國(guó)航的具體實(shí)踐進(jìn)行深入研究。本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于綜合運(yùn)用航線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的理論知識(shí)結(jié)合國(guó)航航線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入分析。主要有以下幾點(diǎn)①系統(tǒng)地研究了國(guó)航現(xiàn)有航線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模式具備的特征,為研究國(guó)航下一步的航線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展模式提供了必要的基礎(chǔ)。②通過(guò)國(guó)航選取航線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模式的市場(chǎng)背景和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)狀況分析,對(duì)國(guó)航采取樞紐式航線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模式進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步論證。在論證過(guò)程中,采用大量與國(guó)航相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)分析。③本文完全以國(guó)航的航線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)為主要研究對(duì)象,所以更能夠抓住重點(diǎn),也同時(shí)能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)國(guó)航在航線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)方面的不足。本文對(duì)國(guó)航的航線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展提出了許多有益的建議和改進(jìn)的方案,可以為國(guó)航下一步航線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)提供參考。市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的發(fā)展催生出對(duì)航線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的研究,航線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模式的研究會(huì)對(duì)航空公司的發(fā)展提供有益的幫助,能夠結(jié)合國(guó)航的實(shí)例進(jìn)行研究,可以給中國(guó)的其它航空公司提供有益的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。這對(duì)中國(guó)民航能夠進(jìn)一步深化改革來(lái)應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)際化的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)都具有積極的意義。論文最后對(duì)研究工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),提出今后的研究方向。關(guān)鍵詞航線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模式,樞紐航線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò),航空公司,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),民航
