    • 簡介:文章對(duì)城市電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的目的、內(nèi)容和意義作了簡要的介紹,分析了城網(wǎng)規(guī)劃工作的特點(diǎn)、困難性及其所面臨的新形勢。本文根據(jù)地理信息系統(tǒng)中空間網(wǎng)絡(luò)的特點(diǎn)和配電網(wǎng)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),以道路網(wǎng)空間網(wǎng)絡(luò)為基礎(chǔ),建立特定配電網(wǎng)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)。利用地理信息系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)分析功能,進(jìn)行變電站選址、配電網(wǎng)架和110KV供電網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)規(guī)劃。本文通過一個(gè)新變電站的選址和網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)的規(guī)劃實(shí)例,提出了用道路網(wǎng)空間網(wǎng)絡(luò)為配網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的簡單和可操作的方法。經(jīng)過實(shí)際應(yīng)用表明,基于GIS的配電網(wǎng)拓?fù)浞治龇椒ň哂泻艽蟮膶?shí)用性和推廣價(jià)值,也為配電網(wǎng)架構(gòu)優(yōu)化和變電站選址探索一條新路。

    • 簡介:重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文重慶市社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)地理信息相關(guān)研究姓名張旭東申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)流行病與衛(wèi)生統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師王潤華20090501重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)碩士研究生學(xué)位論文采用隨機(jī)抽樣的方法,抽取46個(gè)社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,資料采用秩和比RSR綜合評(píng)價(jià)法、秩和檢驗(yàn)和多元線性回歸等分析方法;4隨機(jī)抽取186名社區(qū)居民進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,采用LOGISTIC回歸和BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析影響居民首選社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)就診的主要因素。結(jié)果1建立了基于GIS的重慶市社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)信息管理系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)通過編程實(shí)現(xiàn)了信息采集與更新、點(diǎn)查詢、SQL查詢、信息的可視和數(shù)據(jù)分析等功能;2社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心的衛(wèi)生資源配置在地理和人口分布上存在不合理的現(xiàn)象,衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)和人力資源的人口公平性較好,GINI系數(shù)小于O3,而地理公平性很差,GINI系數(shù)大于06,住院床位與設(shè)備配置在地理和人口分布上均處于不公平狀態(tài),GINI系數(shù)均在O4以上;3社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)距離較遠(yuǎn)的所屬社區(qū)范圍提供的服務(wù)量較少,社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心與轉(zhuǎn)診醫(yī)院間的距離遠(yuǎn)及交通不方便等因素制約著雙向轉(zhuǎn)診的開展;機(jī)構(gòu)的地理位置環(huán)境、周邊交通狀況、與所屬社區(qū)的中心地帶距離、周邊競爭等因素影響機(jī)構(gòu)的衛(wèi)生服務(wù)量和門診人次量;調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn),社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心的信息化建設(shè)不足,利用較低;4調(diào)查中有4140%的居民認(rèn)為會(huì)選擇社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)作為首診醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu),LOGISTIC回歸和BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析顯示,居民年齡、文化程度、從家到社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)的距離、對(duì)社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)地理位置滿意度、候診時(shí)間、對(duì)社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)知曉程度等對(duì)居民選擇和利用社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)有影響。結(jié)論1建立的該信息管理系統(tǒng)具有方便、實(shí)用等優(yōu)點(diǎn),能夠?qū)r(shí)空數(shù)據(jù)和屬性數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行綜合分析,為衛(wèi)生決策提供科學(xué)依據(jù);2氣

    • 簡介:隨著通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展,智能手機(jī)得到迅猛發(fā)展,運(yùn)用智能手機(jī)進(jìn)行詐騙等犯罪活動(dòng)的行為日益增多,手機(jī)取證這一新興課題應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,其中地理位置信息的重要性已引起廣泛關(guān)注,但國內(nèi)外較少對(duì)智能終端地理位置信息取證進(jìn)行研究。本文在國內(nèi)外手機(jī)取證的研究基礎(chǔ)上,研究了ROID手機(jī)地理位置信息的取證方法。本文設(shè)計(jì)了一款獲取ROID手機(jī)中地理位置信息的取證軟件。研究了ROID手機(jī)中各類地理位置信息的存儲(chǔ)情況和規(guī)律,然后在終端取證軟件中進(jìn)行可視化展示。并依據(jù)取證結(jié)果提出計(jì)算用戶親密度的算法,可分析用戶社會(huì)行為。主要研究內(nèi)容如下1、對(duì)ROID手機(jī)中所有地理位置服務(wù)應(yīng)用進(jìn)行取證分析,并按多媒體、導(dǎo)航、社交活動(dòng)、瀏覽器等類別進(jìn)行分類,針對(duì)每類應(yīng)用選取其中有代表性的軟件進(jìn)行分析展示,運(yùn)用逆向分析技術(shù)獲取各地理位置服務(wù)相關(guān)應(yīng)用的賬號(hào)信息、定位信息、搜索信息和行程信息。2、設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了ROID地理位置信息取證軟件,介紹了該取證軟件的設(shè)計(jì)思想、系統(tǒng)功能和系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),著重介紹了地理位置解析模塊的設(shè)計(jì)細(xì)節(jié),舉例闡述了具體地理位置服務(wù)相關(guān)應(yīng)用解析的流程,并應(yīng)用該軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)地理位置信息取證結(jié)果的可視化展示。3、針對(duì)地理位置信息取證軟件取證結(jié)果,提出了基于地理位置相似性計(jì)算用戶親密度的算法。依據(jù)取證結(jié)果中定位信息和行程信息的數(shù)據(jù)特點(diǎn),分別運(yùn)用不同算法得出用戶親密度。定位信息可看做地理位置興趣點(diǎn)POINTOFINTEREST,POI,對(duì)定位信息取證結(jié)果預(yù)處理后運(yùn)用空間向量相似性算法計(jì)算用戶親密度。對(duì)于行程信息依據(jù)用戶行程軌跡相似度越高親密度越高的原則,運(yùn)用相似子序列檢測算法檢測用戶相似的行為軌跡,以此為基礎(chǔ)驗(yàn)證用戶親密度,并進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了算法正確性。

    • 簡介:本文針對(duì)配電GIS系統(tǒng)建設(shè)中的若干關(guān)鍵技術(shù)做了以下研究工作1完成了網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型的分析和建立的工作,對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的搜索方法進(jìn)行改進(jìn),運(yùn)用GIS平臺(tái)的拓?fù)浞治龊瘮?shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)配電網(wǎng)拓?fù)浞治?,并在此基礎(chǔ)上編制了停電模擬。2實(shí)現(xiàn)配電設(shè)備的檢修、巡視、試驗(yàn)管理、定級(jí)管理等模塊的設(shè)計(jì)。3研究設(shè)計(jì)了配電GLS系統(tǒng)的接口。GIS系統(tǒng)從SCADA系統(tǒng)實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)庫中讀取配網(wǎng)實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù),可以在以地理圖為背景的配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖上顯示SCADA數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)時(shí)地觀察線路、開關(guān)等設(shè)備的狀態(tài),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)整個(gè)電網(wǎng)的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控定位。4研究實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于全球定位系統(tǒng)GPS的自動(dòng)成圖,為準(zhǔn)確、高效地繪制配電地理接線圖提供了現(xiàn)代化手段。
