簡介:WEBSERVICE是MICROSOFT為實現(xiàn)應用軟件的集成、共享而制定的規(guī)范,現(xiàn)已成為企業(yè)異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)集成應用開發(fā)的新的解決方案。本文深入的研究了WEBSERVICE技術(shù)并在勝利油田新聞集成系統(tǒng)中加以應用。本文首先介紹了所研究系統(tǒng)的目標和任務,并根據(jù)系統(tǒng)和開發(fā)技術(shù)的特點提出了采用的WEBSERVICE技術(shù)和方法。其次,分析了WEBSERVICE技術(shù)在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展狀況,以及WEBSERVICE技術(shù)的優(yōu)點和缺點并在系統(tǒng)中充分利用其優(yōu)點,提高開發(fā)效率。然后,分析了WEBSERVICE體系結(jié)構(gòu)中SOAP、WSDL、UDDI主要協(xié)議的規(guī)范標準,對基于WEBSERVICE的企業(yè)應用集成框架設計進行了研究,運用C#創(chuàng)建、布署和客戶端應用WEB服務組件的方法。最后,提出了運用WEBSERVICE和ADO技術(shù)進行企業(yè)新聞系統(tǒng)集成的系統(tǒng)設計方案,并給出了主要的實現(xiàn)過程。此外,還闡述了應用系統(tǒng)由于采用了新技術(shù)所帶來的優(yōu)點??梢钥吹嚼肳EBSERVICE解決“信息孤島”問題有很大的優(yōu)勢。并通過一個實例,介紹了如何使用WEBSERVICE技術(shù),實踐表明,利用WEBSERVICE解決企業(yè)息集成問題是相當方便有效的。在企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)集成中WEBSERVICE的使用將改變目前的應用部署和信息整合的費用規(guī)模,使整個系統(tǒng)的可伸縮性、可維護性得到很大的提高。

簡介:南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學博士學位論文多元化農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)服務體系創(chuàng)新研究基于江蘇省種植業(yè)技術(shù)服務的實證分析姓名張耀鋼申請學位級別博士專業(yè)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟管理指導教師嚴英龍鐘甫寧20061201存在的可行性爭必要性,又指出其局限性接著以江蘇省的6個縣市16個鎮(zhèn)32個村320戶以種植業(yè)為主的農(nóng)戶進行的實地調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù),分別運用分層聚類分析多元LOGIT模型分析等方法,對不同特征和稟賦的種植業(yè)農(nóng)戶在選擇農(nóng)技服務時的需求意愿及影響因素進行描述性統(tǒng)計分析和計量模型檢驗,并且得出目前種植業(yè)農(nóng)戶迫切需要的技術(shù)服務優(yōu)先序本文的主要結(jié)論如下1農(nóng)民對技術(shù)服務的需求總體上還不強,且仍以產(chǎn)前和產(chǎn)中技術(shù)為主雖然經(jīng)濟作物農(nóng)戶對供銷信息服務的需求比種糧農(nóng)戶有所增加,但排序仍然靠后造成這種狀況的原因既有農(nóng)民自身的因素,也有服務主體的因素前者主要表現(xiàn)為農(nóng)民文化科技素質(zhì)較低,戶均種植規(guī)模小效益低和農(nóng)戶兼業(yè)化程度不斷提高,這些因素削弱了農(nóng)民對技術(shù)服務的需求;后者主要表現(xiàn)在政府農(nóng)技服務體系的體制和機制不健全,待遇低和工作條件差影響了農(nóng)技人員的積極性,農(nóng)技服務內(nèi)容的針對性還不夠強,服務方式不適應農(nóng)戶的需求2農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)服務的公共物品屬性決定了政府是供給主體農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)服務不但具有一般公共物品的屬性,而且還具有產(chǎn)業(yè)特殊性首先,農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的主體是分散的小規(guī)模農(nóng)戶,他們既不具備自身研發(fā)和推廣的能力,又缺乏采納農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)的主觀能動性其次,農(nóng)民個體目標與政府公共目標有時是不同的,如資源開發(fā)與保護,增加農(nóng)民收入和保I肇糧食安全之間的矛盾在這種情況下。政府為實現(xiàn)國家糧食安全和可持續(xù)發(fā)展等公共目標,就必須向農(nóng)戶提供更多包括技術(shù)服務在內(nèi)的公共服務,而公共技術(shù)服務最合適的提供主體是政府農(nóng)技服務體系3非政府農(nóng)技服務組織正在發(fā)育,但總體上仍處起步階段近幾年來,多種非政府機構(gòu)越來越多地參與到農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)推廣服務中來,但總的來看,目前這類非政府機構(gòu)的農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)推廣服務還有很大的局限性農(nóng)業(yè)科研和教育單位以推廣本單位研究成果為主,服務覆蓋面窄;農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化龍頭企業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)科技型企業(yè)大多實力不強,自主研發(fā)能力弱,他們目前總體上仍是技術(shù)服務的接受考,而不是提供者農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作組織雖然數(shù)量不少,但絕大部分是產(chǎn)銷環(huán)節(jié)的合作,能夠提供技術(shù)和信息服務的僅占16%特別需要指出的是,在江蘇省的6010個農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作組織中,從事糧食、棉花,油菜等大宗作物的比例僅占9%這些結(jié)果都表明,在農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)服務,尤其是糧食生產(chǎn)技術(shù)服務領域,多元化供給N
