簡介:碩士研究生教育規(guī)模急劇擴(kuò)大導(dǎo)致碩士畢業(yè)人數(shù)呈現(xiàn)跳躍式增長,而碩士研究生的社會需求量沒有增加多少。碩士畢業(yè)生就業(yè)率逐漸降低,就業(yè)優(yōu)勢不斷削弱。這種高學(xué)歷人員就業(yè)滯后甚至失業(yè)的問題變得越來越重要,已經(jīng)開始成為人們關(guān)注的焦點,有關(guān)碩士畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的研究也非常流行。本研究在社會支持理論的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對問卷調(diào)查資料的分析,對湖北省武漢市重點高校2007、2008兩屆碩士畢業(yè)生的社會支持與求職行為兩個變量及其關(guān)系進(jìn)行了探索研究發(fā)現(xiàn)在碩士畢業(yè)生個人的求職行為中,正式社會支持仍比非正式社會支持使用次數(shù)更多但在個人的求職行為中,碩士畢業(yè)生的非正式社會支持越多,求職行為越多;從求職行為的結(jié)果來看,碩士畢業(yè)生的非正式社會支持比正式社會支持求職的成功率更高;碩士研究生對非正式社會支持為其求職提供幫助的滿意度比正式社會支持更高。根據(jù)研究結(jié)果,結(jié)合當(dāng)前碩士畢業(yè)生求職中存在的問題,筆者嘗試從正式社會支持和非正式社會支持兩方面提出如下一些有效的建議政府勞動及其它相關(guān)部門積極引導(dǎo);高校加強(qiáng)就業(yè)指導(dǎo)和就業(yè)培訓(xùn);碩士畢業(yè)生調(diào)試社會支持與求職行為之間的關(guān)系,完善自身素質(zhì)。希望對碩士畢業(yè)生求職有所幫助。
