2、ent: Chen Ya Zhong The fast exaltation of modern football tournament make the teenager football training becomes the focus that all countries compete. P rofessional football clubs are key factors directly affecting our
3、country development lever of football, and also are cradles which culture football athlete of high-level teenager. The echelons of professional football club take heavy responsibility for transport the high-
4、level player t for clubs and national football team. From our country echelon building in occupation football clubs currently, mode of its developments are not identical and criterion. Because Peking Guoan
5、 club is criterion, success and consecution in it developing research on it’s echelon building have the direct theories and realistic meaning. The research method adopted in this paper are: the method
6、of literature and data, the method of questionnaire investigation, the method of interview, the method of numeral stat, the method of logic analyze, the method of o investigating on the spot etc. After res
7、earching, I want to know the basic circumstance of echelon building in Peking Guoan professional football club. By summing-up the successful aspect and valuing the problem emergencing in the club, I want to cre
8、ate the more reasoning mode of echelon building of Peking Guoan professional football club. The mode can be use for reference to other professional club in training youth player. After my research, I draw co
9、nclusions as follow: 1.As management organization, youth department is reasonable for echelon building. 2.Peking Guoan professional football club is heading for more rational system on management. A lot of ru
10、les have been already founded, but the system still need consummated. 3.In order to reinforce the management to the units culturing young players for the Guoan, the club demands perfectly items in th
11、e agreement or contract. 4.The constructure of established echelon need to be consummated. 5.There is a sound system of training youth player in Peking Guoan professional football club, but it
12、still need to be further modified for more suitably. There are some good ways to culture young players for club. 6. The key exterior factors restricting development on echelon building of Peking Guoan
13、professional football club are as follow: 1.The system of teenagers contests demands to be perfect. 2. The business of coaches in popularization system is low. 3. There is no specially assigned organizati
14、on and full-time teenager management in CFA. The key internal factors are: 1. Coach business in the club need to be increased.2. The club pays few attentions on echelon building 3. The training of the
