6、arthquake damage for Mianyang and peripheral locality of Mianyang, Deyang and the peripheral locality of Deyang investigation, the author finded many school buildings were moderate damage or heavy d
7、amage,which must be reinforced. After statistical, the school buildings of moderate damaged or heavy damaged is above 60% of the total survey. If this part of buildings reconstructed,will create
8、 the massive waste of the resources, and will not be favor for the environmental protection, at the same time the school scene will be destroyed. If the modeherate damage or heavy damage'
9、;s house got reinforced, it can overcome the above malpractice, simultaneously tallies with the reality of the disaster area. This article takes the reinforcement of the three cast- in- place porta
10、l frame project for exmple, and proposed overall makes the construction structure reinforcement transformation of the method and ideas. After The 5.12 Wenchuan Earthquake, according to a new nat
11、ional post- earthquake seismic requirements, the earthquake- proof of the reinforcement project demands increased, for example,the basic design of an earthquake acceleration improve from 0.1g to 0.15g,and The
12、 Shchool Building of the seismic fortification category, turn class C into B and so on.SO the school buildings that was not collapsed after the earthquake must be reinforced in order to meet
13、 the new post- earthquake seismic requirements. First, in this paper the structure of the earthquake before and after the earthquake (not reinforced) two states are carried out structural analysi
14、s and recalculations. Second, according to the checking results, the partial transformation of the internal forces in the structure which caused re- distribution, and component analysis of changes
15、 in reinforcement has been analysised. Third, the optimization of the reinforcement program was opted. Finally, at the elements considering the cross- section stiffness change of reinforced structu
16、ral, analysis and check the reinforce the structure which changed in based on the transformation of the reinforcement structure ,in order to rebuild and provide the basis for analysis and eva
