3、c colleges. In the year of 2016, the amount of graduated students fromdomestic universities is more than 7,700,000, so that the employment situation ismore severer than past three years. In December 2015, according to 《T

4、he report ofpopulation and labor problems in China》 issued by The China Science Academy,there is a highlight problem that graduated students、peasant worker and some citizenunskilled labors are hard to be employed. The in

5、crease of graduated students’employment pressure made the authorities paying much attentions to universitystudents innovative undertaking and their employment, which more and morepreferential policies aimed to support th

6、e university students innovative undertakingand their employment have been publiced,since 2007. Under this background, thenon-state run colleges all over the country answered the call of national policies tocreate variou

7、s innovation parks. However, the improvement of innovation parks’amount is not accompanied by the high quality and good effect. Most of them did notunder the proper management, as a result, there is a disorder phenomenon

8、 ininnovation parks’ operation management as well as the mode of innovation parks’management. Therefore, the author bases on the example of Zhengzhou Science andTechnology University to take research on the operation man
