5、sfittedwiththepowerlawmodel.Thepowerlawindex“n”expressesthedegreeofshearsensitivityn1.Theviscosityisthemostimptantrheologicalparameterfpowderinjectionmoulding.Inthispapertheviscositywasmeasuredbythecapillaryrheometer.Acc

6、dingtotherheologydatetheactivationengerywascalculatedbyArrheniustypeequationtheyieldstresscanbeobtainedbyCassonmodel.Furthermefthenecessityofinjectionmoldingtheidealbindersystemsolidloadinghadbeengiven.Fnearshapemoldingt

7、hemoldingmachineneedstobecontrolledaccurately.Moldingprocessofthefeedstockwasinvestigated.Theresultsshowthatmoldingtemperatureinjectionholdpressuretemperatureofmouldtimeofkeepingpressurecoolingarekeyprocessingparameters.
