3、umHospital.TheassociationsbetweenlymphaticmetastasisClinicopathologicalacteristicwereevaluatedbyChisquaredtestLogisticregressioninSPSS13.0fwindows.Analyzetheinfluencefactofthelymphnodemetastasisinrectalcancer.Results:The

4、rateoflymphnodemetastasisinthisseriesofrectalcancerwas30.5%In1586lymphnodecheckedmetastaseswereidentifiedin150lymphnodes(9.5%).AfterenteringcrosstabsestimationgenderraceageCEAlevelthediameterofaffectedbowelthelengthoftum

5、tumsitewerenotcrelatedwithlymphnodemetastasis(P0.05).Univariateanalysisshowedthatthedegreeofinfiltrationthehistologicaltypegrosstypeofthetumdifferentiationdegreewerecrelatedwithlymphnodemetastasis(P0.05).Multivariateanal

6、ysisshowedthatthedegreeofinfiltrationgrosstypeofthetumdifferentiationdegreewereprovedtobeindependentriskfactsoflymphnodemetastasisinrectalcancer(P0.05).LogicalregressionanalysisshowedthatthestrengthofaffectingLNMwasdecre

7、asinginderofthedifferentiationdegreethedegreeofinfiltration.KnurltypeUlcertypeKnurltypeInfiltrationtypewerecomparedwitheachotheringrosstypeofthetumtheresultsofeachgrouphadstatisticalsignificancesinlymphnodemetastasis(P0.

8、0017).Conclusion:Thelymphaticmetastasisofrectalcarcinomawasrelatedtopatientsthedegreeofinfiltrationthehistologicaltypegrosstypeofthetumdifferentiationdegree.Thedegreeofinfiltrationgrosstypeofthetumdifferentiationdegreewe
