4、tionalfeasibilityoftheverticalsubsurfaceflowconstructedwetls(VFCWs)asanadvancedtreatmentplant.Inthispaperthewastewatertreatmentplantwasdesignedtotreat10000m3dmunicipalsewage.Firstofallthesewagewastreatedbypretreatmentfac

5、ilitieslikefinescreensvtexgritchamberstoremovetheprecipitablesolidssuspendedsolidspartofganicmatters.Thenotherganicsweredegradedbybaloxidationditch.Finallynitrogenphosphuscanbefurthertreatedbyconstructedwetls.Onthebasiso

6、fcalculationswefoundthattheoperationalcostwasjust0.67yuanpercubicmeters.Itwascheaperthanothertreatmentprocesses.InadditionanexperimentalscalereactfilledwithcobbleswassetuptosimulatetheoperationofVFCWs.Underthehydraulicre
