3、ulture of Chaoshan area, Chaoshan family presents the structure of “breadwinning men and homemaking women”, and the ancestral idea has profound impact. The existence and development of female entrepreneurs have unfavorab

4、le factors from gender. However, in the past 20 years, the Chaoshan female entrepreneurs and their organizations achieved many awards and honors in Guangdong Province and even nationwide. The remarkable performance of fe

5、male entrepreneurs has completely thrown away the bias that “in the men dominated entrepreneurship field women are inferior to men”. In this study, the author uses the rooting theory to analyze the deep interview data of

6、 20 female entrepreneurs in the Chaoshan area, and summarizes the common characteristics and the effect of female entrepreneurial competency combined with the analysis of coding and case analysis. The results show that s

7、elf-confidence and self-reliance, hard-working and persistence are the core of entrepreneurial competence; Super self-motivation, role-positioning promote entrepreneurship for women in work-life conflicts; Entrepreneurs

8、should obtain basic skills about humanized leadership, organization and coordination; The key to successful entrepreneurship lies in the courage to be the first, the ability to seize the opportunity, homeopathic innovati

9、on; Steady development, to avoid risks, decisive decision-making are important guarantees for the development of entrepreneurship. This study also discusses the gender characteristics of female entrepreneurial competence
