1、我國(guó)電視媒體新聞評(píng)論節(jié)目研究 我國(guó)電視媒體新聞評(píng)論節(jié)目研究 摘 要 自改革開放以來(lái)， 我國(guó)電視新聞評(píng)論節(jié)目經(jīng)過(guò)三十余年的發(fā)展， 目前已經(jīng)形成了主持人評(píng)論型、談話型、電視述評(píng)型三種節(jié)目形態(tài)，分別承擔(dān)著政策解讀、社會(huì)現(xiàn)象分析、輿論監(jiān)督與輿論引導(dǎo)的功能。 因此， 電視新聞評(píng)論節(jié)目的質(zhì)量水平不僅關(guān)系到是否能夠滿足觀眾的信息需求以及電視業(yè)的健康發(fā)展， 而且還涉及到整個(gè)社會(huì)的和諧發(fā)展問(wèn)題。 然而，由于電視媒體領(lǐng)域強(qiáng)烈的收視率競(jìng)爭(zhēng)現(xiàn)狀、 對(duì)于觀

2、眾欣賞品味的無(wú)限迎合、 高質(zhì)量新聞評(píng)論人才的短缺等諸多原因，目前我國(guó)電視新聞評(píng)論節(jié)目出現(xiàn)了一系列諸如重述輕評(píng)、話語(yǔ)霸權(quán)、 妄言誤斷以及對(duì)于評(píng)論對(duì)象居高臨下的語(yǔ)態(tài)等問(wèn)題。 這與其說(shuō)是市場(chǎng)沖擊下的顯性表達(dá)， 不如說(shuō)是多年價(jià)值偏離的道德警示?；诖?，筆者以“我國(guó)電視媒體新聞評(píng)論節(jié)目研究”為題，在系統(tǒng)梳理當(dāng)前我國(guó)電視新聞評(píng)論節(jié)目的發(fā)展歷程、生存環(huán)境、功能特征、創(chuàng)作原則、創(chuàng)作模式的基礎(chǔ)上，深入分析了其發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題以及應(yīng)當(dāng)采取的應(yīng)對(duì)措施等等。

3、具體來(lái)說(shuō)，該論文的研究?jī)?nèi)容主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面： 首先，筆者從基本概念、發(fā)展歷程、生存環(huán)境、功能效果、創(chuàng)作原則的角度對(duì)電視新聞評(píng)論節(jié)目進(jìn)行了全面分析， 既能對(duì)其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和意義內(nèi)涵有一個(gè)基本了解， 同時(shí)又為下文的研究打下基礎(chǔ)。 其次，筆者借助傳播學(xué)的理論，從創(chuàng)作機(jī)制、傳播模式、傳播效果、典型節(jié)目分析的角度深入分析了談話型電視新聞評(píng)論節(jié)目、 主持人評(píng)論型電視新聞節(jié)目、 電視述評(píng)型電視新聞節(jié)目三種主要形式的節(jié)目樣式， 從而對(duì)不同類型的電視新聞

4、評(píng)論節(jié)目的制作與傳播有一個(gè)更加深入的認(rèn)識(shí)。 第三， 筆者從多個(gè)方面總結(jié)了當(dāng)前電視新聞評(píng)論節(jié)目面臨的困境， 其中包括內(nèi)容淺嘗輒止， 缺乏深度； 節(jié)目樣式同質(zhì)化現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重， 缺乏特色； 語(yǔ)言乏味， 不夠生動(dòng)； 以 “述” 代 “評(píng)” ，缺乏理性魅力；妄言誤斷，失去輿論引導(dǎo)價(jià)值等等。 最后， 針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題， 筆者提出了幾方面建議， 內(nèi)容上要廣泛深刻， 形式上要多變靈活，除此之外，還要關(guān)注民生，注重與觀眾互動(dòng)；提高主持人的個(gè)人水準(zhǔn)；要制定新的節(jié)目

5、評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等等， 由此實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)電視新聞評(píng)論節(jié)目質(zhì)量水平的提升， 并且形成自身獨(dú)特的風(fēng)格特征和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)，在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、社會(huì)進(jìn)步過(guò)程中發(fā)揮其應(yīng)有的功能價(jià)值。 Abstract Since the reform and opening up, China's TV news commentary program after more than thirty years of development, has now formed a mo
