簡(jiǎn)介:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展,航空客運(yùn)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展越來(lái)越快,航空市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)亦日趨激烈。國(guó)內(nèi)航空公司開始引進(jìn)收益管理系統(tǒng),采用超售來(lái)提高收益。本文主要研究航空公司的客運(yùn)超售策略,主要內(nèi)容如下一、概述了收益管理的產(chǎn)生過(guò)程和發(fā)展階段,闡述了它的應(yīng)用條件、研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),并從國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究成果總結(jié)分析了超售的研究進(jìn)展。二、剖析了航空公司實(shí)施超售的原因、利弊及影響因素,并在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了超售的數(shù)學(xué)模型。針對(duì)單航班航線,分別以航班收益最大和超售成本最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù),建立了基于報(bào)童問(wèn)題和考慮旅客成行率的超售模型;針對(duì)多航班航線,考慮DB旅客對(duì)后續(xù)航班的影響,以航線總超售成本最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù),分別建立了相同超售量和不同超售量下的數(shù)學(xué)模型。進(jìn)一步對(duì)所建模型分別提出了切實(shí)可行的求解方法,并用實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了模型的正確性和算法的有效性。三、分析了超售航班服務(wù)失誤的原因、旅客抱怨的種類,闡述了實(shí)施服務(wù)補(bǔ)救的原則,并在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合航空公司的實(shí)際操作給出了超售航班服務(wù)補(bǔ)救的流程。
