簡(jiǎn)介:地理信息系統(tǒng)GEOGRAPHICALINFMATIONSYSTEM,簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)GIS是以數(shù)字化的形式反映人類(lèi)社會(huì)賴(lài)以生存的地球空間和變遷的各種空間數(shù)據(jù)以及描述這些空間數(shù)據(jù)特征的屬性,支持空間數(shù)據(jù)及其屬性數(shù)據(jù)的輸入輸出、存儲(chǔ)、顯示以及進(jìn)行地理空間信息的查詢(xún)、綜合分析和輔助決策。隨著世界范圍環(huán)境的形成,全球正進(jìn)入一個(gè)以INTEMET為中心的計(jì)算機(jī)時(shí)代。WEBGIS已經(jīng)成為交通行業(yè)管理工作中不可或缺的一種高效的管理工具。尤其在高速公路的管理工作中,把地理信息和管理信息做在同一平臺(tái)上,可以使信息查詢(xún)更加方便快捷。該高速公路地理信息系統(tǒng)是基于WEB的GIS系統(tǒng),不僅實(shí)現(xiàn)了地理信息的查詢(xún),而且實(shí)現(xiàn)了高速公路的管理機(jī)構(gòu)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、監(jiān)控設(shè)備、收費(fèi)數(shù)據(jù)和監(jiān)控?cái)?shù)據(jù)等管理信息的查詢(xún)功能。為高速公路的管理工作提供了及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確的管理信息。本文首先由淺入深先介紹了地理信息系統(tǒng)GIS、電子地圖制作和IGIS數(shù)據(jù)模型,然后討論建立WEBGIS各種模型及其實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)以及一般的系統(tǒng)建摸。其次,對(duì)用戶(hù)的需求進(jìn)行分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上給出了系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案。在詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)中,將高速公路地理信息系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)分模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述,并重點(diǎn)說(shuō)明了地圖放大、縮小和平移功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)。最后,對(duì)系統(tǒng)測(cè)試和整個(gè)開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程進(jìn)行總結(jié),展望了系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用的前景,并提出了有待完善的問(wèn)題。

簡(jiǎn)介:電網(wǎng)地理信息系統(tǒng)其目的是使用地理信息系統(tǒng)GIS技術(shù),以達(dá)到讓國(guó)家電網(wǎng)安全運(yùn)行、管理和維護(hù)以及經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),這是一門(mén)綜合了電力和計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)的交叉性技術(shù)。以往的電力GIS系統(tǒng)常常使用基于共享文件的一般式結(jié)構(gòu),這樣導(dǎo)致的結(jié)果就是使用成本高,而且操作也很復(fù)雜。所以,圍繞著配電網(wǎng)中地理信息系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用,本文以配電網(wǎng)信息系統(tǒng)軟件的開(kāi)發(fā)為目標(biāo),著重地探討了以往配電網(wǎng)在傳統(tǒng)管理方面的缺陷,列舉了地理信息系統(tǒng)在管理配電網(wǎng)時(shí)的巨大優(yōu)勢(shì),與此同時(shí),也和國(guó)內(nèi)外的數(shù)個(gè)廠商的GIS平臺(tái)作了比較,尤其是在開(kāi)發(fā)方式的差別,建立了適合的配電網(wǎng)地理數(shù)據(jù)信息模型,同時(shí)也制作了配電網(wǎng)地理信息系統(tǒng)軟件體系結(jié)構(gòu)圖,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了空間數(shù)據(jù)和屬性數(shù)據(jù)的一元化管理。提出了一種新的基于WEB的電網(wǎng)地理信息系統(tǒng)綜合方案,本系統(tǒng)構(gòu)架設(shè)計(jì)使用三層結(jié)構(gòu),利用空間數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)ACLESPATIAL來(lái)保存地理數(shù)據(jù),并仔細(xì)研究了空間數(shù)據(jù)建模的最新技術(shù)方法,最終在研究基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)了宜豐縣供電公司W(wǎng)EBGIS系統(tǒng),并已很好地投入運(yùn)行。最終結(jié)果表明,基于WEB的電力GIS具有諸如較低的成本、簡(jiǎn)化的操作、資源的充分利用等優(yōu)點(diǎn),得到了客戶(hù)單位的認(rèn)可。

簡(jiǎn)介:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,國(guó)土資源的重要性越來(lái)越為人們所重視,國(guó)土資源在整個(gè)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中起著十分重要的作用。資源的狀況、布局、開(kāi)發(fā)、變化及發(fā)展都直接影響到經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和規(guī)劃。國(guó)土資源管理也在不斷地向著信息化、科學(xué)化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化以及面向公眾提供服務(wù)的方向發(fā)展,這就使得科學(xué)、合理的利用相對(duì)有限的國(guó)土資源具備了現(xiàn)代化的工具。徐州市國(guó)土資源局根據(jù)國(guó)土資源管理工作需要,搭建了徐州市國(guó)土資源網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái),然而在開(kāi)發(fā)信息系統(tǒng)時(shí)缺乏統(tǒng)一的部署,信息管理的數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)和信息發(fā)布系統(tǒng)是內(nèi)、外二套不同的系統(tǒng),在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上是物理隔離的。因而造成了數(shù)據(jù)交換困難,形成了嚴(yán)重的“信息孤島”問(wèn)題。特別是基礎(chǔ)地理空間信息共享底圖部分無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)、外網(wǎng)交換,只能采用移動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)介質(zhì)拷貝的方式,浪費(fèi)大量地人力物力。隨著業(yè)務(wù)的不斷發(fā)展,手工交換的方式已經(jīng)越來(lái)越不能滿足業(yè)務(wù)的數(shù)據(jù)量大和實(shí)時(shí)性高等要求。為提高工作效率,迫切需要將傳統(tǒng)的離線手工操作方式改變?yōu)榛诰W(wǎng)絡(luò)的在線自動(dòng)傳輸方式。本文基于徐州市國(guó)土資源局信息管理、信息發(fā)布系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)交換中存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究。并結(jié)合目前常用的異構(gòu)信息數(shù)據(jù)交換技術(shù)“網(wǎng)絡(luò)隔離網(wǎng)閘”中存在的安全問(wèn)題,有針對(duì)性地對(duì)當(dāng)前數(shù)據(jù)共享交換工作中存在的問(wèn)題以及國(guó)土資源部門(mén)數(shù)據(jù)安全共享模式提出了新的解決方案。提出了在內(nèi)網(wǎng)和外網(wǎng)兩個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)交換平臺(tái)間通過(guò)“網(wǎng)絡(luò)隔離網(wǎng)閘”進(jìn)行通迅時(shí),使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)HTTPS協(xié)議進(jìn)行通信以保證數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)母叨劝踩?,?shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)流在網(wǎng)閘兩端安全的傳輸。在分析地理信息系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)交換平臺(tái)的架構(gòu)和數(shù)據(jù)集成方式的過(guò)程中,指出了影響數(shù)據(jù)交換平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的三個(gè)關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題數(shù)據(jù)封裝如何實(shí)現(xiàn)、數(shù)據(jù)交換如何實(shí)現(xiàn)和平臺(tái)安全性如何保障問(wèn)題,然后對(duì)這些問(wèn)題進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析和設(shè)計(jì)。對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)、認(rèn)證授權(quán)、審計(jì)等網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全技術(shù)開(kāi)展了研究,在設(shè)計(jì)中實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控、容錯(cuò)、軟件開(kāi)發(fā)套件、應(yīng)用軟件透明接入、應(yīng)用的快速部署等功能目標(biāo)。根據(jù)內(nèi)外網(wǎng)安全數(shù)據(jù)共享交換工作在整個(gè)國(guó)土資源管理工作中的地位、作用以及與其它業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)象之間的聯(lián)系,地理信息系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)交換平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)了身份認(rèn)證、訪問(wèn)控制及不可旁路性、審計(jì)了參與交換的數(shù)據(jù)的完整性,針對(duì)各種不同數(shù)據(jù)交換對(duì)象提供了一套統(tǒng)一的交換體系及解決方案。同時(shí)充分考慮保障數(shù)據(jù)交換的安全性問(wèn)題,為在網(wǎng)絡(luò)隔離環(huán)境下實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)共享與實(shí)時(shí)交換提供了安全可靠高效的保障。
