簡(jiǎn)介:隨著近幾年商業(yè)人壽保險(xiǎn)業(yè)在我國(guó)的飛速發(fā)展,我國(guó)商業(yè)人壽保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)已逐步走向成熟,但在新人培訓(xùn)方面卻始終滯后于人壽保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展速度,引發(fā)了許多問(wèn)題,從一定程度上制約了企業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展壯大和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平的提升。研究新進(jìn)壽險(xiǎn)代理人培訓(xùn)就是為了滿足當(dāng)前政策的需要、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的需要、企業(yè)管理的需要、更是為了滿足客戶的需要??梢哉f(shuō)新人培訓(xùn)是我國(guó)人壽保險(xiǎn)企業(yè)保持發(fā)展的一條命脈,研究新人培訓(xùn)對(duì)增強(qiáng)企業(yè)實(shí)力,保持企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)活力具有重要的意義。本文在理論指導(dǎo)和廣泛調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)新人培訓(xùn)的過(guò)程、新人培訓(xùn)的原則和新人培訓(xùn)的服務(wù)管理進(jìn)行了研究,提出了改進(jìn)新人培訓(xùn)的一些建議。在新人培訓(xùn)過(guò)程研究中以把新人看做受訓(xùn)者為研究角度,對(duì)需求分析、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容與方式、培訓(xùn)的結(jié)果與反饋進(jìn)行了研究。爬坡理論的提出彌補(bǔ)了商業(yè)壽險(xiǎn)新人培訓(xùn)相關(guān)理論研究的空白。一個(gè)科學(xué)的新人培訓(xùn)原則是保證新人順利、高速成長(zhǎng)的前提,但由于國(guó)內(nèi)商業(yè)壽險(xiǎn)發(fā)展不足10年,相關(guān)研究較少,至今無(wú)人提出商業(yè)壽險(xiǎn)新人培訓(xùn)原則是什么。對(duì)新人培訓(xùn)原則的模糊認(rèn)識(shí)甚至錯(cuò)誤的認(rèn)識(shí)是導(dǎo)致各壽險(xiǎn)企業(yè)新人培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量不高的重要原因。本文提出的爬坡理論將客戶看作學(xué)習(xí)的對(duì)象,蘊(yùn)含了新人培訓(xùn)的三大原則。為提高新人培訓(xùn)中新人的滿意度,本文以把新人看作顧客為研究角度,將服務(wù)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)化概念引入新人培訓(xùn),對(duì)新人培訓(xùn)的服務(wù)管理進(jìn)行了研究。論文最后還結(jié)合研究結(jié)果對(duì)中國(guó)人壽保險(xiǎn)股份有限公司的新人培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行了研究。
