    • 簡介:隨著近幾年商業(yè)人壽保險業(yè)在我國的飛速發(fā)展,我國商業(yè)人壽保險市場已逐步走向成熟,但在新人培訓方面卻始終滯后于人壽保險市場發(fā)展速度,引發(fā)了許多問題,從一定程度上制約了企業(yè)的進一步發(fā)展壯大和競爭力水平的提升。研究新進壽險代理人培訓就是為了滿足當前政策的需要、市場競爭的需要、企業(yè)管理的需要、更是為了滿足客戶的需要??梢哉f新人培訓是我國人壽保險企業(yè)保持發(fā)展的一條命脈,研究新人培訓對增強企業(yè)實力,保持企業(yè)成長活力具有重要的意義。本文在理論指導和廣泛調查的基礎上,對新人培訓的過程、新人培訓的原則和新人培訓的服務管理進行了研究,提出了改進新人培訓的一些建議。在新人培訓過程研究中以把新人看做受訓者為研究角度,對需求分析、培訓內容與方式、培訓的結果與反饋進行了研究。爬坡理論的提出彌補了商業(yè)壽險新人培訓相關理論研究的空白。一個科學的新人培訓原則是保證新人順利、高速成長的前提,但由于國內商業(yè)壽險發(fā)展不足10年,相關研究較少,至今無人提出商業(yè)壽險新人培訓原則是什么。對新人培訓原則的模糊認識甚至錯誤的認識是導致各壽險企業(yè)新人培訓質量不高的重要原因。本文提出的爬坡理論將客戶看作學習的對象,蘊含了新人培訓的三大原則。為提高新人培訓中新人的滿意度,本文以把新人看作顧客為研究角度,將服務產品結構化概念引入新人培訓,對新人培訓的服務管理進行了研究。論文最后還結合研究結果對中國人壽保險股份有限公司的新人培訓計劃的實際情況進行了研究。
