簡介:DESIGNANDCONSTRUCTIONTECHNOLOGYRESEARCHOFGUYEDTRAVELERSOFCONCRETECABLESTAYEDBRIDGEWITHSINGLECABLEBVHONGGUANGWANG,一INSTRUCTORNAMESUJUANGEMASTEROFENGINEERING一一SCHOOLOFCIVILENGINEERINGMAY2014摘要斜拉橋是一種組合式橋梁,它具有梁體受壓、斜拉支撐受拉的特點。它發(fā)揮了拉索抗拉能力強,混凝土梁或鋼箱梁抗壓能力大的特點,因其跨度大,整體剛度大,在大跨徑橋梁中得到了較好的應用。斜拉橋便于采用懸臂法施工,但由于拉索與主梁和索塔連接構造復雜,且三者之間的內力和變形相互關聯(lián)性十分密切,因而施工難度高。為了保證橋梁施工過程及最終成橋線形和內力符合設計要求,須在施工前撰寫完善的施工步驟和監(jiān)控方案。本文以肇慶市閱江大橋為研究對象,對單索面斜拉橋施工中的關鍵技術進行了分析研究,完成了以下工作并得出重要結論。1根據(jù)閱江大橋的特點,采用掛籃施工分段澆筑主梁混凝土方法。利用有限元軟件ANSYS對主梁中央單索面掛籃在四種施工工況下進行了受力分析和變形計算,得出各工況下主要構件的應力及變形結果,根據(jù)計算結果設計掛籃截面,并選擇合適的鋼材。2根據(jù)閱江大橋的結構特點及現(xiàn)場情況,掛籃安裝采用整體提升方法,并制定了詳細的操作步驟。掛籃安裝后進行了靜載試驗,試驗以掛籃澆筑最重節(jié)段混凝土荷載的110倍作為最大荷載,采用堆麻袋裝砂的加載方式,輔以腹板位置加堆鋼筋來模擬主梁混凝土澆注全過程,據(jù)此得出掛籃的非彈性變形和彈性變形,前者已經(jīng)消除,后者通過預抬標高來予以調整。3本文詳細介紹了主梁及斜拉索的施工工藝及流程,詳細闡述了牽索掛籃的特點、牽索掛籃施工工藝流程、掛籃行走與定位、模板工程、鋼筋預應力工程、預埋件施工、混凝土工程、斜拉索施等施工工藝。通過對以上內容的研究與分析,得出如下重要結論1箱梁兩側斜腹板及翼緣板下方采用桁架式支承結構,既滿足了強度和剛度需要,同時減少了整個掛籃的下部結構重量,使用起來更加輕便;同時兩側桁架與主梁結構采用銷軸連接,方便了現(xiàn)場拆裝。2前支點牽索結構為雙向可調節(jié)系統(tǒng),有更強的通用性??梢赃m應空間三個方向均有一定傾斜度的斜拉索的牽引和張拉。3本掛籃前、后支點及錨桿處均采用40CRMO材質的拉桿,避免了采用精軋螺紋鋼容易發(fā)生脆斷破壞的風險。關鍵詞橋梁工程斜拉橋;單索面;牽索掛籃;設計;施工Ⅲ

簡介:分類號U416密級墨麼交碩士學單位代碼10618學號11008077論文題目廠拌熱再生瀝青混合料路用性能及施工工藝研究RESEARCHONTHEPAVEMENTPERFORMANCEANDCONSTRUCTIONTECHNOLOGYOFHOTMIXPLANTRECYCLING導師姓名、職稱何兆益教授申請學位門類工學專業(yè)名稱道路與鐵道工程論文答辯日期2013年05月31日學位授予單位重慶交通大學答辯委員會主席黃志福評閱人朱洪洲2013年05月郝增恒捅要瀝青路面在我國公路和城市道路中占很大的比重,但由于在使用過程中自然環(huán)境對瀝青的老化作用,瀝青混合料的物理力學性能隨著時問的推移逐年改變,直至滿足不了路用性能的要求。瀝青混合料再生技術是實現(xiàn)瀝青路面可持續(xù)發(fā)展的有效途徑,但瀝青混合料再生技術在國內還處于初級階段,對再生料的性能和再生技術仍需深入系統(tǒng)地研究。本文在前人研究出的部分成果的基礎上,繼續(xù)對廠拌熱再生技術進行了研究。論文系統(tǒng)地研究了路面瀝青回收試驗方法,試驗發(fā)現(xiàn)采用規(guī)范方法容易造成溶劑的殘留問題。通過對回收方法的改進最大程度的減小了抽提回收過程對瀝青性質的影響,提高了IEL路面瀝青性能評價的可靠性。本文通過室內試驗研究了再生瀝青混合料的配合比設計方法,分析了回收瀝青混合料摻配LK;OII對配合比設計的影響。論文采用添加新瀝青、再生劑兩種再生方法分別對基質瀝青和改性瀝青進行了再生研究,詳細探討了再生瀝青混合料的路用性能,從高溫穩(wěn)定性、低溫抗裂性、水穩(wěn)定性和抗老化性等方面對再生瀝青混合料路用性能進行了研究,試驗證明再生瀝青混合料具有良好的路用性能。通過室內模擬試驗,分析了RAP離析狀態(tài)和程度對再生料體積參數(shù)、力學性能和路用性能的影響。結果表明,RAP離析對再生料性能影響比較顯著,且RAP偏粗離析對再生料性能的影響大于偏細離析的影響,因此在廠拌熱再生瀝青混合料生產(chǎn)巾對控制RAP的均勻性是必要的??偨Y了廠拌熱再生瀝青混合料施工工藝,提出了IFT料回收和處理方法及舊料預熱、再生料拌和溫度的建議。關鍵詞再生瀝青路面、再生劑、廠拌熱再生、瀝青再生機理、舊料摻配率、施工工藝、路用性能
