    • 簡(jiǎn)介:真正的教育學(xué)者必須具有深切的人文和社會(huì)關(guān)懷關(guān)心每一個(gè)人的生存狀態(tài),關(guān)注社會(huì)發(fā)展與歷史前進(jìn)的方向。真正的教育學(xué)者能夠敏銳地觸摸到時(shí)代的脈搏,成為時(shí)代精神的代言人,甚至超越時(shí)代的局限,把握社會(huì)與歷史前進(jìn)的方向,構(gòu)畫出面向未來的教育藍(lán)圖。而陶行知與弗萊雷無(wú)疑是這樣的教育學(xué)者的代表。本論文的研究目的分為兩方面通過比較陶行知與弗萊雷的成人教育思想,一方面深化和豐富對(duì)兩位教育大家的認(rèn)識(shí),使二者的成人教育思想的研究“立體化”。另一方面,通過綜合比較,辨析同異,找出二者成人教育思想的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,探尋成人教育領(lǐng)域的共同規(guī)律和特殊規(guī)律,從而為我國(guó)當(dāng)前的成人教育領(lǐng)域的理論研究和改革提供一個(gè)嶄新的視角和思路。本論文主要采用了歷史研究法、文獻(xiàn)研究法和比較研究法。我們必須把思想放在具體的歷史情境和學(xué)術(shù)背景中,唯有如此,才能真切的體會(huì)二者成人教育思想的豐富和淵博,才能追求歷史的真實(shí)。所處的時(shí)代背景和深厚的學(xué)術(shù)根基是二者成人教育思想產(chǎn)生的源流。陶行知的成人教育思想具有大眾性、實(shí)踐性、創(chuàng)造性、科學(xué)性的特征。弗萊雷的成人教育思想具有政治性、批判性、對(duì)話性的特征。在對(duì)陶行知與弗萊雷成人教育思想有了綜合、確切的考察后,從宏觀上比較得出二者成人教育思想的相同點(diǎn)注重社會(huì)改造功能、以人的全面發(fā)展為旨?xì)w、關(guān)注生活世界、重視培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)者的主體性、主張終生教育觀點(diǎn);不同點(diǎn)二者成人教育思想產(chǎn)生的背景不同、二者成人教育的側(cè)重點(diǎn)不同。雖然二者話語(yǔ)、理論范式和概念體系不同,但我們?nèi)阅軓膬烧哂^點(diǎn)背后的價(jià)值導(dǎo)向中找出其與個(gè)人發(fā)展和社會(huì)歷史發(fā)展方向相一致的成人教育思想。
