24、男性患者，因進行性呼吸困難和咳嗽就診，既往于15歲開始吸煙，每日1到2包，胸片顯示右側胸部可疑病變，進一步胸部CT顯示大皰性肺氣腫，同時右肺中葉結節(jié)改變，同時患者還攜帶有煙草，活檢證實右肺中葉為非小細胞肺癌，這張胸部CT展示的吸煙相關性肺部疾病。臨床醫(yī)生在工作中應宣傳吸煙的危害，鼓勵戒煙。肺癌是最常見的惡性腫瘤之一，近年來我國肺癌的發(fā)生率呈明顯上升的趨勢，部分地區(qū)肺癌的發(fā)病率和死亡率已占各種惡性腫瘤的首位。預計到2025年我國每年死于肺

25、癌的人數(shù)將接近100萬，肺癌的發(fā)病年齡主要在40到80歲之間，70歲為高峰，男性居多。但是近年來肺癌的發(fā)病年齡較前明顯提高，有學者提出肺癌的發(fā)病年齡較前提高5到10歲，臨床上也偶然能夠看到20歲到30歲之間的肺癌患者。同時女性的發(fā)病率也較前增加，其增長速度要快于男性的發(fā)病率。二、肺癌的病理及臨床表現(xiàn)二、肺癌的病理及臨床表現(xiàn)（一）病理類型病理及臨床表現(xiàn)和影像學是一致的，不同的病理類型其選擇的治療方案和預后也是不同的。通常分為非小細胞癌和小
