1、1981年，法國(guó)學(xué)者安托尼·貝爾曼提出了翻譯倫理這一命題。翻譯倫理研究由此進(jìn)入翻譯學(xué)者的視野。
德國(guó)功能派作為翻譯研究中的一個(gè)重要流派，其本身蘊(yùn)含著豐富的翻譯倫理思想，但是鮮有研究。本文主要運(yùn)用切斯特曼的翻譯倫理模型，結(jié)合其他學(xué)者的研究成果，對(duì)德國(guó)功能派的翻譯倫理思想進(jìn)行了研究。本文認(rèn)為，德國(guó)功能派在翻譯原則和人際關(guān)系這兩個(gè)翻譯倫理主要議題方面大致經(jīng)歷了反映傳統(tǒng)翻譯倫理思想的對(duì)等再現(xiàn)倫理，重點(diǎn)突出客戶(hù)地位的服務(wù)倫理以及綜合考慮
