4、ced the course from scratch into the leading industry . and plays an important role in driving the development of the national economy. China's automobile industry has developed rapidly and

6、s product variety , low level of R & D and other issues. Although China is already an automobile manufacturing country , the current auto industry in our country is still infant industry n

7、eeding for government protection and guidance. The government had formulated some industrial policy, but the effect was not completely well.Therefore, it is important to sort out the the current

8、 industrial policies and summarize the evolution of the trajectory of the automobile industry . This paper summed up the factors of industrial policy , the industrial policy changes in the general

9、 law of evolution and the theory of industrial policy after a brief overview. then discussed China's auto industry policy Evolution. Secondly, the paper made a careful review on the develo

10、pment of China's automobile industry , proposed the problems of China's auto industry development, including low market concentration , serious duplication, weak R & D capability . Then, we

11、reviewed process of the automobile industry policy evolution, and made a careful analysis of a few representative policies. Article reviewed the history of Japanese automobile industry policy, sum

12、marized the characteristics of its development, obtained their inspiration to China. On the comparative analysis, the authors think of our country after the automobile industry policy in general are ef
