4、ures and market-based instruments, but until now the same conclusion has not been recognized about how to guide the investment . In the current market, the price of a single formulation mechanism,two-part price mechanism

5、s and the development of ICAP mechanisms is commonly used, they are mainly to solve the problem about the system capacity sufficient ,However, these price mechanisms have not yet reached any consensus about solving the p

6、roblem of system capacity . the price of a single formulation mechanism can be achieve social ideal installation, but the loss of load time is longer and the value of lost load is too large; two price mechanisms can solv
