簡(jiǎn)介:INTERINTRA出現(xiàn)以后,以WWW技術(shù)為主流的信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)迅速發(fā)展,由于信息系統(tǒng)用戶(hù)的廣泛性,決定了客戶(hù)端必須使用通用的跨平臺(tái)軟件,WWW瀏覽器為信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)提供了良好條件,該系統(tǒng)采用BS的體系結(jié)構(gòu),具有易于操作、客戶(hù)機(jī)的軟件安裝簡(jiǎn)單以及便于維護(hù)等特點(diǎn)。BS的方式盡管有許多優(yōu)點(diǎn),但在開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)上提供的手段還不夠豐富,在數(shù)據(jù)操作復(fù)雜的情況下,仍采用CS的方式,此種方式要求單位內(nèi)微機(jī)在物理位置上比較集中,數(shù)量也控制在有限的范圍內(nèi)。本文總結(jié)了以上兩種典型的MIS系統(tǒng)的體系模式,即CS模式和BS模式的特點(diǎn)和應(yīng)用原則,并探討了另一種基于INTER的現(xiàn)代MIS系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)CS和BS混合模式。這種模式可以使信息系統(tǒng)在服務(wù)內(nèi)容、系統(tǒng)安全和系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)等諸多因素達(dá)到較高的平衡和效率。另外,信息管理系統(tǒng)的安全管理顯得尤為重要。本文強(qiáng)調(diào)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)與信息管理系統(tǒng)的安全需要綜合考慮物理安全與邏輯安全。物理安全主要指網(wǎng)絡(luò)硬件的維護(hù)和使用以及管理等;邏輯安全是從軟件的角度提出的,主要指數(shù)據(jù)的保密性、完整性、可用性等等。中國(guó)國(guó)際航空股份有限公司航班生產(chǎn)管理信息系統(tǒng)是以上理論的一個(gè)具體的實(shí)施項(xiàng)目。本文介紹了主要模塊的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn),從實(shí)踐上驗(yàn)證了BS和CS的混合模式的優(yōu)勢(shì)和可行性,并總結(jié)了該模式下的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)原則和部分安全性設(shè)計(jì)。在最后,本文展望了未來(lái)MIS系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu)的兩種主要的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。J2EE是美國(guó)SUNMIRCROSYSTEM公司推出的一種全新概念的應(yīng)用服務(wù)器模型與傳統(tǒng)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用程序模型相比有著不可比擬的優(yōu)勢(shì)。J2EE被定義成目標(biāo)為擴(kuò)展企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)范圍、降低運(yùn)營(yíng)成本、縮短企業(yè)和客戶(hù)之間的響應(yīng)時(shí)間、簡(jiǎn)捷、快速的服務(wù)于企業(yè)、合作伙伴和雇員之間,并廣泛應(yīng)用于BS結(jié)構(gòu)中的一項(xiàng)的技術(shù)。。框架是微軟開(kāi)發(fā)人員戰(zhàn)略的核心內(nèi)容,它旨在幫助開(kāi)發(fā)人員輕松地構(gòu)建、配置和運(yùn)行WEB服務(wù)。基于微軟的開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),致力于通過(guò)將緊密耦合的、高效的N層計(jì)算技術(shù)與面向消息的、松散耦合的WEB概念相結(jié)合來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。這種系統(tǒng)能將網(wǎng)絡(luò)中各處的眾多的應(yīng)用程序進(jìn)行集成,并大大提升應(yīng)用程序的價(jià)值。MIS系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)正發(fā)生著一次質(zhì)的飛躍,從根本上大幅度提高開(kāi)發(fā)人員的生產(chǎn)效率,它開(kāi)啟了一道通向全新概念的應(yīng)用程序的大門(mén)。

簡(jiǎn)介:西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文價(jià)值鏈管理在航空公司成本管理中的應(yīng)用姓名李煥英申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專(zhuān)業(yè)會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師焦薇20060401版的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)一書(shū)中引入了價(jià)值鏈的概念,提出了從企業(yè)整體無(wú)法判斷其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),需要將企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)分解,對(duì)各個(gè)部分分別進(jìn)行研究,其工具就是價(jià)值鏈。價(jià)值鏈活動(dòng)主要包括基本活動(dòng)和輔助活動(dòng)兩個(gè)方面。它們之間的聯(lián)系有兩種,即內(nèi)部聯(lián)系和縱向聯(lián)系。價(jià)值鏈的管理主要有垂直價(jià)值鏈管理、水平價(jià)值鏈管理以及虛擬價(jià)值鏈管理三種方式。價(jià)值鏈管理在國(guó)外已有廣泛的應(yīng)用。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),美國(guó)大約有90%的公司都在應(yīng)用價(jià)值鏈管理模式。我國(guó)一些公司也開(kāi)始引入價(jià)值鏈管理,如海爾公司、TCL公司、海信公司等。但是,在我國(guó),將價(jià)值鏈管理引入成本領(lǐng)域不管是在理論上還是在實(shí)踐中中并不多見(jiàn)。第二章主要對(duì)價(jià)值鏈管理與成本管理的結(jié)合在理論上進(jìn)行了探討。本章從傳統(tǒng)成本管理的缺陷入手,對(duì)價(jià)值鏈管理在成本管理中應(yīng)用的必要性以及價(jià)值鏈成本分析進(jìn)行了闡述。為了更好地闡述價(jià)值鏈管理在成本管理中應(yīng)用的問(wèn)題,從本文第三章起,筆者以實(shí)際案例為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)這一問(wèn)題進(jìn)行詳細(xì)具體的論述。第三章以XY航空公司基于價(jià)值鏈管理的航班生產(chǎn)性費(fèi)用管理系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建為例,對(duì)其進(jìn)行透徹的分析與研究。本章從XY航空公司的具體情況說(shuō)起,對(duì)航班生產(chǎn)用費(fèi)用管理系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)背景、構(gòu)建、功能以及系統(tǒng)實(shí)施后取得的成效等幾方面作了詳細(xì)的論證。系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)的背景首先分析了在構(gòu)建和應(yīng)用該系統(tǒng)前企業(yè)航班生產(chǎn)性費(fèi)用管理中存在的問(wèn)題。接下來(lái),對(duì)企業(yè)整體管理系統(tǒng)作了分析說(shuō)明。該系統(tǒng)可分為合同管理功能、費(fèi)用審核配比功能、成本費(fèi)用自動(dòng)預(yù)測(cè)功能、數(shù)據(jù)綜合查詢(xún)功能、報(bào)表穿透查詢(xún)功能、成本費(fèi)用模擬測(cè)算功能、成本費(fèi)用分析功能、成本歸集分?jǐn)偣δ艿劝舜蠊δ苣K。根據(jù)實(shí)踐表明,該系統(tǒng)在投入運(yùn)行后實(shí)現(xiàn)了優(yōu)化數(shù)據(jù)流程等六項(xiàng)目標(biāo),取得了明顯改善成本控制、自動(dòng)檢測(cè)潛在問(wèn)題、自動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)和核算航班成本、進(jìn)行多角度費(fèi)用審核、全方位歸集分析輸出報(bào)表以及規(guī)

簡(jiǎn)介:南京航空航天大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文中國(guó)航空工業(yè)上市公司集中度、融資結(jié)構(gòu)與績(jī)效實(shí)證研究姓名汪本強(qiáng)申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士專(zhuān)業(yè)管理科學(xué)與工程指導(dǎo)教師江可申20070901中國(guó)航空工業(yè)上市公司集中度、融資結(jié)構(gòu)與績(jī)效實(shí)證研究II經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效呈現(xiàn)先增后降之勢(shì),產(chǎn)業(yè)績(jī)效總體運(yùn)營(yíng)較為平穩(wěn),波動(dòng)幅度較小。這說(shuō)明,上市公司在注重資本運(yùn)營(yíng)的同時(shí),卻存在“偏廢”生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)的傾向。對(duì)上市公司來(lái)說(shuō),生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)是實(shí),資本運(yùn)營(yíng)是虛,二者應(yīng)相輔相成、虛實(shí)相濟(jì)。航空工業(yè)上市公司集中度與績(jī)效之間沒(méi)有表現(xiàn)出顯著的相關(guān)性,這既有產(chǎn)業(yè)特征、企業(yè)性質(zhì)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)不匹配等方面原因,深層次的原因在于其受傳統(tǒng)計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)體制和政府規(guī)制政策的影響??疾榘l(fā)現(xiàn),擴(kuò)大負(fù)債融資規(guī)模能夠提升航空工業(yè)上市公司資本運(yùn)營(yíng)績(jī)效,卻不能提高生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效;擴(kuò)大企業(yè)規(guī)模能夠提升生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效,卻不能提高資本經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效。這說(shuō)明,航空工業(yè)上市公司實(shí)體資本與虛擬資本融合度的“缺失”已成為影響其績(jī)效水平的重要因素??疾檫€發(fā)現(xiàn),提高航空工業(yè)上市公司產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)型廠商規(guī)模以及降低短期負(fù)債融資規(guī)??梢燥@著提升其產(chǎn)業(yè)績(jī)效水平。采用因子分析并結(jié)合考慮時(shí)間因素的動(dòng)態(tài)方法對(duì)航空工業(yè)上市公司經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),結(jié)果表明,以洪都航空為代表的飛機(jī)制造上市公司,其經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī)要明顯好于其它公司。關(guān)鍵詞關(guān)鍵詞航空工業(yè)上市公司,集中度,融資結(jié)構(gòu),融資偏好,產(chǎn)業(yè)績(jī)效,資源易得性

簡(jiǎn)介:中國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文航空公司正點(diǎn)率考核與飛行員培養(yǎng)規(guī)劃研究姓名賈傳亮申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士專(zhuān)業(yè)管理科學(xué)與工程指導(dǎo)教師計(jì)雷池宏20060401中國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文航空公司正點(diǎn)率考核與飛行員培養(yǎng)規(guī)劃研究益,即比較激勵(lì)子公司減少延誤使得自身正點(diǎn)率提高而增加的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)收益與對(duì)子公司進(jìn)行獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)而作出的付出,從而決定正點(diǎn)率考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。這里根據(jù)主從遞階博弈理論對(duì)總公司與子公司的決策進(jìn)行分析,建立兩層規(guī)劃模型探討了雙方先后進(jìn)行決策時(shí),對(duì)對(duì)方下一步?jīng)Q策的影響。針對(duì)模型特點(diǎn),本文給出了一個(gè)改進(jìn)的算法。在飛行員人力資源規(guī)劃問(wèn)題中,本文針對(duì)飛行員崗位需求、訓(xùn)練資源的有限性以及人員流動(dòng)特點(diǎn),利用各項(xiàng)點(diǎn)集分別表示所有崗位不同年份的需求狀態(tài),建立了帶有約束條件的網(wǎng)絡(luò)流模型,研究?jī)赡昶陲w行員流動(dòng)規(guī)劃方案,以在保證未來(lái)各崗位人員需求以及訓(xùn)L練資源的約束下,尋求流動(dòng)最小的規(guī)劃。并給出基于可行循環(huán)流理論以及最小費(fèi)用流理論的模型算法。在以上各個(gè)部分分別給出算例進(jìn)行分析,得到了運(yùn)作管理的可操作的方案,并從中得出一些有意義的結(jié)論。在論文的最后對(duì)本文的工作進(jìn)行總結(jié),并對(duì)進(jìn)一步的研究進(jìn)行展望。本論文得到國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目NO60472123資助。關(guān)鍵詞航空公司運(yùn)作管理正點(diǎn)率;人力資源規(guī)劃;數(shù)學(xué)規(guī)劃;博弈論IL
