簡(jiǎn)介:上海交通大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文中國(guó)航空運(yùn)輸業(yè)市場(chǎng)化改革和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)研究姓名廖剛申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士專業(yè)管理科學(xué)與工程指導(dǎo)教師陳宏民20070101上海交通大學(xué)博I學(xué)位論文陷和不足,指出航空運(yùn)輸業(yè)具有特殊的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和經(jīng)濟(jì)特征,具體問題的研究還涉及到網(wǎng)絡(luò)外部性,雙邊市場(chǎng)、轉(zhuǎn)移成本和合作博弈等新興理論工具的應(yīng)用,并在此基礎(chǔ)上確定了本文研究的豐要內(nèi)容和結(jié)構(gòu)框架,最后對(duì)本文預(yù)期的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了整理和歸納。2以建國(guó)后中國(guó)航空運(yùn)輸業(yè)的市場(chǎng)化改革、兩次橫向和縱向分割重組為基本脈絡(luò),對(duì)其產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變和市場(chǎng)開放進(jìn)程進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要論述。結(jié)合目前中國(guó)航空運(yùn)輸業(yè)正在推動(dòng)的幾項(xiàng)重要改革,指出需要深入研究和解決的幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵問題是橫向分割與輪輻競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、雙邊市場(chǎng)與代理博弈、縱向分割與起降費(fèi)改革、市場(chǎng)開放與戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟等,為以后各章理論研究提供必要的前提和基礎(chǔ)。3基于中國(guó)航空運(yùn)輸業(yè)橫向分割的背景,引入航空頻率經(jīng)濟(jì)性概念,刻畫乘客的時(shí)間價(jià)值特征,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)中樞輪輻網(wǎng)絡(luò)和點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,剖析了兩種網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的市場(chǎng)遏制和市場(chǎng)容納效應(yīng);構(gòu)造具體的需求函數(shù),分析頻率經(jīng)濟(jì)性強(qiáng)度的改變對(duì)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)狀態(tài)有何種程度的影響,揭示“接入定價(jià)”歧視和“交叉補(bǔ)貼”問題的存在。分析結(jié)論為中國(guó)民航總局運(yùn)用行政力量推動(dòng)兩次重組以構(gòu)建中樞輪輻網(wǎng)絡(luò)的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想提供了理論支持,同時(shí)也解開了美國(guó)航空運(yùn)輸業(yè)在放松管制后市場(chǎng)集中度反而提高的難解之謎和經(jīng)典的可競(jìng)爭(zhēng)市場(chǎng)理論失靈的原因。最后,指出政府需要對(duì)中樞輪輻網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營(yíng)中的“接入定價(jià)”歧視和“交叉補(bǔ)貼”等問題進(jìn)行合理規(guī)制。4運(yùn)用雙邊市場(chǎng)理論研究了中國(guó)航空運(yùn)輸業(yè)縱向分割后中國(guó)航空公司、代理商平臺(tái)和消費(fèi)者之間的博弈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)問題。研究表明,雙邊市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)和中國(guó)航空運(yùn)輸業(yè)市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)有特征決定了整個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)利潤(rùn)向代理商平臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)移,航空公司和消費(fèi)者的利益同時(shí)受到傷害,現(xiàn)有的代理商制度嚴(yán)重影響了市場(chǎng)化改革的進(jìn)程和效果,最后就機(jī)票代理問題提出了兩種可行的解決方案。5基于中國(guó)航空運(yùn)輸產(chǎn)業(yè)縱向分割的背景,應(yīng)用合作博弈理論中的SHAPLEY定價(jià)模型和OWEN定價(jià)模型對(duì)起降費(fèi)改革方案進(jìn)行了全面的比較分析。研究表明現(xiàn)有起降費(fèi)規(guī)制方案和即將實(shí)施的起降費(fèi)改革草案沒有改善“公平”性,也沒有很好的解決“效率”問題,不同規(guī)模航空公司和機(jī)場(chǎng)之間的利益沒有得到兼顧,最后提出了全封閉式浮動(dòng)價(jià)格帶管制等政策建議。6基于全球航空自由化、航空戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟浪潮席卷全球的背景,分析了市場(chǎng)開放后,基于多市場(chǎng)和產(chǎn)品差異化的中國(guó)航空公司與國(guó)外航空公司的戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟問題。N

簡(jiǎn)介:隨著航空市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日趨激烈,航空公司在擴(kuò)大自己公司機(jī)隊(duì)規(guī)模和航線經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍的同時(shí),越來(lái)越重視對(duì)企業(yè)服務(wù)質(zhì)量的管理,通過建立獨(dú)特的服務(wù)品牌來(lái)提高旅客的保留率和忠誠(chéng)度。航空業(yè)借鑒其他服務(wù)性行業(yè)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),引進(jìn)了滿意度體系,逐步建立起行業(yè)內(nèi)的旅客滿意度測(cè)評(píng)體系,改善服務(wù),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)提高公司經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的目標(biāo)。航空公司在各服務(wù)環(huán)節(jié)投放了大量旅客滿意度調(diào)查表,如何利用這些采集到的數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)改進(jìn)我們的服務(wù),數(shù)據(jù)挖掘是必不可少的工具。本文對(duì)利用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)在航空旅客滿意度中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了研究。首先簡(jiǎn)單介紹了數(shù)據(jù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)的一些基本的概念和特點(diǎn),并描述了用來(lái)存儲(chǔ)采集數(shù)據(jù)的存儲(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu),之后的章節(jié)里著重闡述了研究中應(yīng)用到的幾項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則、層次聚類分析和與之相關(guān)的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)的一些基本概念、公式和原理。最后運(yùn)用SPSS(社會(huì)科學(xué)統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件包)提供的數(shù)據(jù)分析中的四個(gè)分析方法對(duì)采集到的旅客滿意度的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)挖掘,這四個(gè)分析方法分別是邏輯回歸分析、層次聚類的Q型聚類分析、判別分析和因子分析。邏輯回歸分析法用以分析旅客評(píng)價(jià)航空服務(wù)質(zhì)量的五大關(guān)鍵因素和旅客保留率之間的關(guān)系,并找出旅客評(píng)價(jià)航空服務(wù)的各關(guān)鍵因素與旅客保留率之間的關(guān)系和影響旅客保留率的主要因素;運(yùn)用Q型聚類分析結(jié)合旅客評(píng)價(jià)航空服務(wù)質(zhì)量的五大關(guān)鍵因素,對(duì)旅客按照三級(jí)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(即滿意、一般、不滿意)進(jìn)行分類,運(yùn)用判別分析方法對(duì)三級(jí)Q型聚類分類的準(zhǔn)確性進(jìn)行評(píng)估,從中找出旅客對(duì)公司服務(wù)不滿意的關(guān)鍵因素,進(jìn)而提出了改進(jìn)的方法;最后運(yùn)用因子分析方法以空中服務(wù)的11個(gè)服務(wù)要素為變量進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)分析,建立模型,通過因子分析找出了影響空中服務(wù)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵因素,并提出了行之有效的改進(jìn)措施。
