簡介:數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計(jì)是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中一個(gè)極為重要的環(huán)節(jié)數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)的好壞直接影響到整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的成敗數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)經(jīng)歷了三個(gè)階段的發(fā)展尤其以第二代關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫最為成熟以第三代面向?qū)ο髷?shù)據(jù)庫最有發(fā)展前景在工程應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用的數(shù)據(jù)以復(fù)雜的形式出現(xiàn)具有高度的非結(jié)構(gòu)化特點(diǎn)面對大型工程復(fù)雜數(shù)據(jù)的管理問題傳統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方法的缺點(diǎn)也暴露出來了而面向?qū)ο蟮姆椒ㄝ^好的解決這些問題在數(shù)據(jù)庫中應(yīng)用面向?qū)ο蠹夹g(shù)有兩種策略一是設(shè)計(jì)全新的面向?qū)ο髷?shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)二是將用面向?qū)ο蟮姆椒ㄟM(jìn)行系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)再將數(shù)據(jù)映射到關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫中目前OODBMS還不成熟缺乏理論的支持和切實(shí)可行的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)雖然它可以用于開發(fā)具有復(fù)雜數(shù)據(jù)類型的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)但它缺乏RDBMS的一些功能特點(diǎn)而關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫建立在堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)之上數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單系統(tǒng)成熟完善采用面向?qū)ο笤O(shè)計(jì)關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫管理的模式是可供選擇的方案然而面向業(yè)務(wù)對象到關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫的映射時(shí)會(huì)遇到阻抗的不匹配因?yàn)閷ο笥蓴?shù)據(jù)和行為組成而一個(gè)關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫則是由表和它們之間的關(guān)系組成的另外關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫能對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行操作但不能對對象進(jìn)行存取這使得用先進(jìn)的面向?qū)ο蠓椒ǚ治?、設(shè)計(jì)所得的結(jié)果很難在RDBMS中實(shí)現(xiàn)該文對基于RDBMS的對象一關(guān)系映射技術(shù)進(jìn)行了深入研究說明一種UML類圖映射成關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫中關(guān)系的應(yīng)用同時(shí)引入PERSISTENCE層解決數(shù)據(jù)訪問和關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)的阻抗問題在AFHS航空貨運(yùn)信息處理系統(tǒng)航空貨運(yùn)信息處理系統(tǒng)AVIATIONFREIGHTHLINGSYSTEM中給出對象模式層次向關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫模式轉(zhuǎn)換的基本算法實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的面向?qū)ο蠓治鲈O(shè)計(jì)和關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫的映射并針對實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行改良提高系統(tǒng)效率分析了映射于關(guān)系范式間的相輔相成的關(guān)系同時(shí)詳細(xì)分析持久層的整體框架結(jié)構(gòu)和實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)制并結(jié)合MICROSOFTCOMACTIVEXCOM等技術(shù)提出一種實(shí)現(xiàn)PERSISTENCELAYER的思路從基本表定義、對象與類的標(biāo)識(shí)、以及關(guān)聯(lián)、并發(fā)控制與事務(wù)等方面闡述了實(shí)現(xiàn)要點(diǎn)使其和位于其下RDBMS相結(jié)合共同管理實(shí)體類對象在RDBMS中的存取為面向?qū)ο笙到y(tǒng)中對象方法提供持久化存儲(chǔ)與管理最后該文簡要介紹一種功能完備的持久化對象的產(chǎn)品該文研究問題的解決方法可以應(yīng)用于復(fù)雜工程應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的方法和理論在企業(yè)實(shí)際的應(yīng)用中得到具體的運(yùn)用是實(shí)踐面向?qū)ο笠魂P(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫映射的一個(gè)良好案例

簡介:西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文國內(nèi)航空公司飛機(jī)融資問題研究姓名張薇申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)工商管理指導(dǎo)教師穆良平20031101進(jìn)飛機(jī)的主要方式進(jìn)行了比較,分析了各種方式的利弊。其次,根據(jù)國際國內(nèi)形勢的變化,提出原來不占主導(dǎo)地位的貸款購機(jī)方式在當(dāng)前形勢下已轉(zhuǎn)化為國內(nèi)航空公司引進(jìn)飛機(jī)的最佳方案。最后,通過國內(nèi)某航空公司實(shí)際購機(jī)案例的剖析,進(jìn)行了直接貸款購機(jī)與融資租賃購機(jī)的成本比較,以事實(shí)論證了在當(dāng)前形勢下采取直接貸款購機(jī)方式的成本優(yōu)勢。第三部分,在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步提出過去國內(nèi)航空公司在引進(jìn)飛機(jī)的同時(shí)鎖定外匯貸款利率以規(guī)避利率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的單一做法屬于認(rèn)識(shí)誤區(qū)。對目前國內(nèi)航空公司在外債管理上幾乎全部采取固定利率的方式,本文提出了不同觀點(diǎn)。首先,本文提出最佳方案是根據(jù)情況采取固定與浮動(dòng)利率組合的方式;接著,列舉了國外航空公司對債務(wù)利率的實(shí)際管理方式和其利率成本的實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù),提出了管理飛機(jī)融資中外匯債務(wù)利率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的有效方案,即1最佳外債利率管理比例為浮動(dòng)1/3、固定1/3、根據(jù)實(shí)際情況靈活操作1/3;最后,以國內(nèi)某航空公司靈活管理其一筆外匯債務(wù)利率的實(shí)際案例,論證了國內(nèi)航空公司應(yīng)當(dāng)采用相應(yīng)的金融衍生工具,選擇適當(dāng)時(shí)機(jī),采用浮動(dòng)利率置換固定利率,達(dá)到降低融資成本的目的。第四部分,對于如何改善國內(nèi)航空公司飛機(jī)融資的內(nèi)部及外部環(huán)境提出了一些思路和建議。主要包括加強(qiáng)金融立法,擴(kuò)大融資渠道,降低關(guān)稅、增值稅、預(yù)提稅,培養(yǎng)債務(wù)管理人才,簡化審批程序,放松外匯管制等。目的是為了從內(nèi)外兩方面為國內(nèi)航空公司飛機(jī)融資的JR頁N發(fā)展尋求解決辦法。本文的應(yīng)用價(jià)值主要體現(xiàn)在兩個(gè)方面。第一,現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。選題是目前具有重大現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的我國飛機(jī)融資的實(shí)際問題。從我國民航業(yè)發(fā)展歷史、行業(yè)本身,以及當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟(jì)金融環(huán)境等各個(gè)角度,客觀地進(jìn)行分析闡述,找出國內(nèi)航空公司存在的問題,并提出解決問題的方案。第二,實(shí)際的可操作性。運(yùn)用最新的實(shí)際運(yùn)作案例予以佐證,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了具有可操作性的合理建議,可期為國內(nèi)航空企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)專家在實(shí)際操作中提供有益的參考。關(guān)鍵詞航空公司飛機(jī)融資研究

簡介:西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文我國航空公司債券融資問題淺析姓名鄭偉虹申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)工商管理指導(dǎo)教師何加明20040501首先,由于經(jīng)營效益不高、內(nèi)部融資能力有限,只能依靠外源融資尤其是債權(quán)融資獲取長期發(fā)展所需要的巨額資金,造成我國航空公司資產(chǎn)負(fù)債率過高。其次,傳統(tǒng)的債權(quán)融資渠道單一主要依賴銀行貸款和融資性租賃,沒有發(fā)行任何債券融資、結(jié)構(gòu)不合理融資性租賃成本較高,比重卻比較大;債券融資成本較低,卻沒有使用,不僅加大了我國航空公司的籌資成本,而且增加了財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。再次,融資的期限結(jié)構(gòu)不合理。長期資產(chǎn)占資產(chǎn)總額的比重大于長期融資占融資總額的比重,反映出我國航空公司長期融資無法滿足長期資產(chǎn)購置對資金的需求。資本結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問題不但影響了我國航空公司的經(jīng)營與財(cái)務(wù)狀況,更阻礙了它們的進(jìn)~步發(fā)展。通過對東航和美國西南航的對比分析,可以看出,信貸融資成本高、股票融資難以成為主流,而目前尚處于零起點(diǎn)的債券融資具有相當(dāng)大的吸引力。因此筆者認(rèn)為,我圍航空公司應(yīng)利用直接融資中的債券融資,逐步替代融資性租賃,在財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)基本不變的情況下降低融資成本,提高利潤率,形成資金籌集與運(yùn)用的良性循環(huán),最終增加自有資本的積累,降低企業(yè)資產(chǎn)負(fù)債率和財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。第四章我國航空公司債券融資的可行性分析。主要論述我國大多數(shù)航空公司符合國家有關(guān)發(fā)債的政策規(guī)定,同時(shí),目前我國宏觀政策和經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境也有利于我國航空公司發(fā)債融資,因此,現(xiàn)階段我國航空公司發(fā)行國內(nèi)企業(yè)債券具有相當(dāng)程度的可行性。但制約我國航空公司發(fā)債融資的現(xiàn)實(shí)因素仍然存在,例如我國企業(yè)債券市場的發(fā)展與國外相比嚴(yán)重滯后,以及航空公司自身因素等,制約了我國航空公司發(fā)債融資的需求。解決對策包括采取措施促進(jìn)我國企業(yè)債券市場的發(fā)展、轉(zhuǎn)變我囡航空公司的融資觀念等。本文主要的研究結(jié)論現(xiàn)階段我國航空公司引入債券融資、逐步替代高成本的融資性租賃,是改善我國航空公司資本結(jié)構(gòu)、降低融資成本、解決我國航空公司長期發(fā)展資金不足的有效途徑之一。這一研究結(jié)論對我國航空公司優(yōu)化資本結(jié)構(gòu)、提高經(jīng)營效益具有一定的參考作用。關(guān)鍵詞航空公司債券融資實(shí)證研究L

簡介:上海交通大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文東方航空公司航線經(jīng)營分析體系姓名李兵申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)工商管理MBA指導(dǎo)教師田澎20050108東航是一家在中國大陸香港和美國三地上市的股份有限公司既然是公眾持股的上市公司它的經(jīng)營目的就應(yīng)該是為股東創(chuàng)造最大的經(jīng)營利潤所以做為企業(yè)的高層經(jīng)營者不能只把目光集中在收入最大化一個(gè)方面而應(yīng)同時(shí)考慮如何合理地控制成本優(yōu)化航線的成本結(jié)構(gòu)取得最大的航線經(jīng)營利潤才是經(jīng)營管理的主要目標(biāo)所以本文主要希望完整地描繪航空公司通過將收入和成本相配比著眼于航線利潤所進(jìn)行的航線經(jīng)營分析本文首先概述了東方航空公司的成立背景和經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀分析了國內(nèi)航空公司在航線經(jīng)營分析方面存在的主要問題以及航線經(jīng)營分析對于航空公司經(jīng)營的重要性然后分析了目前在航線經(jīng)營分析領(lǐng)域常用的各類數(shù)據(jù)和指標(biāo)包括傳統(tǒng)的絕對值分析指標(biāo)和現(xiàn)代航空業(yè)航線分析常用的相對數(shù)值指標(biāo)并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步闡述了航線經(jīng)營分析的最終目標(biāo)即利潤最大化以及通過航線經(jīng)營分析實(shí)現(xiàn)利潤最大化的途徑為更加直觀地分析航線經(jīng)營分析體系本文選擇了東航已經(jīng)開航十年市場運(yùn)營已近成熟的上海至新加坡航線進(jìn)行了實(shí)例研究詳細(xì)計(jì)算列舉了該航線自2000年至2004年6月以來的各項(xiàng)收入成本和利潤等經(jīng)營數(shù)據(jù)并參照全行業(yè)和東航的整體經(jīng)營水平對這條航線的經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀和前景在具體航線數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上作出了進(jìn)一步的分析最后本文也根據(jù)東航目前的職能部門的設(shè)置探討了在東航內(nèi)部完善航線經(jīng)營分析所需的一些改進(jìn)措施關(guān)鍵詞航線經(jīng)營分析收益管理利潤最大化
