簡介:隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的逐步建立和完善,特別是中國加入WTO,企業(yè)間競爭日趨激烈,作為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱的制造業(yè)面臨著新的挑戰(zhàn),如何提高企業(yè)競爭力是企業(yè)面臨的重要問題。而綜合利用信息技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代化管理技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)資源的集成與優(yōu)化,是提高企業(yè)競爭力的重要手段。制造企業(yè)各系統(tǒng)、各部門的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助技術(shù)已經(jīng)日益成熟,但都自成體系,彼此之間缺少有效的信息共享和利用,形成所謂的“信息孤島”。產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)PDM的研究與構(gòu)建技術(shù)為解決上述問題也應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。本文以貴陽華陽航空電器有限公司信息化建設(shè)的重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目“并行工程的PDM應(yīng)用與實(shí)施”作為研究對象,對PDM的基本概念、體系結(jié)構(gòu)、功能以及PDM與質(zhì)量、項(xiàng)目管理的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了理論研究,并在具體的實(shí)施中將理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,對貴陽華陽航空電器有限公司目前存在的問題提出了解決的方案。產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理PDM將計(jì)算機(jī)在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、分析、制造工藝規(guī)劃和質(zhì)量管理等方面的信息孤島集成在一起;對產(chǎn)品整個(gè)生命周期內(nèi)的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一的管理,準(zhǔn)確地描述了企業(yè)想干什么事情的全部信息。本文主要研究PDM的功能、PDM的體系結(jié)構(gòu)、PDM與質(zhì)量保證體系的關(guān)系、與項(xiàng)目管理的關(guān)系、與現(xiàn)代集成制造系統(tǒng)的關(guān)系以及PDM在華陽航空電器公司的具體實(shí)施方法等方面的內(nèi)容。該項(xiàng)目的提出,可以提高新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)能力,通過PDM工程的實(shí)施,改進(jìn)公司新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)手段,縮短研制周期,降低研制成本,提高新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)能力,為贏得市場創(chuàng)造條件;能夠提高公司的市場應(yīng)變能力;提高產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)和制造質(zhì)量,分析、計(jì)算更加合理、準(zhǔn)確;減輕技術(shù)人員的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,使其有更多的精力去從事新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)和技術(shù)改造;促進(jìn)公司技術(shù)人員和職工采用先進(jìn)的制造技術(shù),提高公司適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代化制造和管理模式的能力。

簡介:V8D7572酋都搖街貿(mào)易太學(xué)同等學(xué)力人員碩士學(xué)位論文論文題目航空運(yùn)輸企業(yè)第二方質(zhì)量審核研究系別王直筻理堂喧專業(yè)作者企業(yè)管理張純青導(dǎo)師王啟武數(shù)撞一本論文完成日期..2QQ墨笙.墨目首都經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文航空運(yùn)輸企業(yè)第二方質(zhì)量審核研究內(nèi)容摘要自改革開放以來,中國民用航空業(yè)一直保持著持續(xù)、快速發(fā)展的勢頭。中國加入WTO,給國內(nèi)航空公司帶來了前所未有的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,但同時(shí)也面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn),既要應(yīng)付國內(nèi)的競爭,更要面對來自國外大型航空公司強(qiáng)有力的競爭壓力。航空運(yùn)輸企業(yè)如果不加強(qiáng)、完善整個(gè)管理體系、提高競爭力,將很難在激烈競爭的市場中立足。質(zhì)量審核對于改進(jìn)企業(yè)管理、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和降低成本起到了重要作用。第一、二、三方審核在民航業(yè)得到了廣泛的開展,其中第一、三方審核經(jīng)過多年的探索、實(shí)踐,已經(jīng)制度化、規(guī)范化,并取得了滿意的效果。航空運(yùn)輸企業(yè)認(rèn)識(shí)到質(zhì)量審核是提高質(zhì)量、保證安全的有效途徑。但是目前民用航空運(yùn)輸企業(yè)對于維修單位的第二方審核沒有一個(gè)有效、實(shí)用的模式。在審核中使用依據(jù)方面,僅參照有關(guān)通用彳亍業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和以往的經(jīng)驗(yàn),存在隨意性和經(jīng)驗(yàn)性,缺乏規(guī)范性和科學(xué)性;審核流程上有的完全照搬第三方審核的方式,未結(jié)合企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況;審核過程中沒有根據(jù)需要明確客戶的要求,導(dǎo)致審核不到位、效率不高,審查結(jié)果作為提供評價(jià)供方的證據(jù)不夠充分。難以達(dá)到第二方審核的目的,不能滿足企業(yè)的要求。針對這種情況,本文將研究如何結(jié)合民用航空運(yùn)輸業(yè)的特點(diǎn),建立第二方審核模式,解決上述存在的問題。在將受審核單位作為研究對象,分析受審單位的系統(tǒng)特征及管理狀況后,進(jìn)一步深入分析質(zhì)量審核主體與受審核方之間的關(guān)系,并以此為理論基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建了第二方質(zhì)量審核模式。本模式首先根據(jù)企業(yè)需要,制定明確的客戶要求,包括維修能力、維修周期等的要求,并將其作為審核的依據(jù)之一然后參考第三方審核及相關(guān)內(nèi)容構(gòu)建第二方審核的整體流程,其中核心內(nèi)容是綜合審核項(xiàng)目單的建立,其主要思想是在綜合客戶要求、IS09000族標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、相關(guān)國內(nèi)、國外行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的人為因素的基礎(chǔ)上,從審核的實(shí)際出發(fā),編制一套適用于第二方質(zhì)量審核的綜合審核項(xiàng)目單,以彌補(bǔ)審核文件體系不夠完善等缺陷;在每次審核前編制審核計(jì)劃,根據(jù)審核目的在程序安排上對整體流程進(jìn)行選擇使用;在現(xiàn)場審核依據(jù)文件方面對綜合審核項(xiàng)目單進(jìn)行剪裁。通過控制審核依據(jù)文件和流程兩個(gè)主要方面,保證了每次審核都能充分滿足第二方質(zhì)量審核的特殊要求,提高了審核的效率和效果。第二方審核模式的研究是本論文主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn),其具體應(yīng)用價(jià)值在于,提升航空公司對于維修單位評審的充分性,同時(shí)維修單位可以根據(jù)顧客的特殊要求,提供更高質(zhì)量的產(chǎn)品和更優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù),提高航空公司的效益。另外,國內(nèi)三大航空集團(tuán)已經(jīng)有建立“承修商/供應(yīng)商評估”聯(lián)盟的意向,對于供方進(jìn)行聯(lián)合評估。因此,本文的研究將有助于在航空運(yùn)輸企業(yè)中建立科學(xué)、規(guī)范的第二方審核模式,從而提高整個(gè)行業(yè)的效益。本文力圖作到理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)臺(tái),通過案例,深入探討,進(jìn)一步明確第二.方質(zhì)量審核在實(shí)際工作中的重要作用??傊?,作者希望通過本文的研究,促進(jìn)第二方質(zhì)量審核工作全面、健康的發(fā)展,使航空運(yùn)輸企業(yè)更好地控制航空器維修質(zhì)量,縮短維修周期,提高航空公司的服務(wù)質(zhì)量,保證飛行安全,降低運(yùn)營成本,以獲得更好的社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益??捩I詞質(zhì)量管理質(zhì)量審核審核模式第二方質(zhì)量審核.1.
