簡介:我國經濟持續(xù)高速增長,已發(fā)展成為世界第四大經濟體。但是能否繼續(xù)保持可持續(xù)發(fā)展,能否在國際大格局中具有競爭力,關鍵在人才,根本在教育。只有有了一流的教育,我們才能有一流的國家實力,才能真正成為世界上一流的國家。溫總理在國務院教育工作座談會上指出“教育的發(fā)展不僅關系當前而且關系長遠,不僅關系經濟繁榮而且關系社會進步和國民素質提高,的確是百年大計、千年大計。我們要抓住經濟持續(xù)快速增長的機遇,繼續(xù)大力發(fā)展教育,為建設創(chuàng)新型國家、實現(xiàn)社會主義現(xiàn)代化提供強大的人力資源支撐。”高等教育發(fā)展是一個由數(shù)量、質量、結構、效益組成的相互依存、相互協(xié)調的概念,既要有數(shù)量的增長、結構的優(yōu)化、效益的躍升,更要有質量的提高,才能實現(xiàn)高等教育的全面協(xié)調發(fā)展。質量是教育的生命線,提高高等教育質量已成為世界高等教育的共同主題。但是,我國在市場經濟初始階段,高等教育規(guī)模發(fā)展過快,必然出現(xiàn)高等教育數(shù)量與質量的發(fā)展失衡。我們高等教育的任務是要認真總結擴招的成果與出現(xiàn)的新問題,因此,我們必須進一步認識新的大眾化階段教育的規(guī)律,繼續(xù)深化高等教育改革,處理好高等教育發(fā)展中數(shù)量和質量的關系,大力提高高等教育質量,做大做強高等教育。通過綜述國內外相關研究成果,在采用文獻研究、理論分析等方法的基礎上,本文以界定高等教育質量的概念為前提,全面探討了高等教育質量觀、高等教育質量標準以及高等教育質量的屬性。論文還分析了大眾化高等教育質量面臨的外部環(huán)境,認為大規(guī)模擴招、激烈的市場競爭機制以及新經濟和知識革命的到來都對高等教育質量提出了挑戰(zhàn)。因此本文著重探討了高等教育質量當前存在的問題及其成因,并針對這些問題提出了大眾化階段高等教育質量保障和提高的若干策略。

簡介:中山人學碩J二學位論文成人高等醫(yī)學教育學生學爿動機與學習成績相關性分析采用利克特4點記分法,從“很符合”、“符合”、“不符合”、“很不符合”在最符合自己情況的選項上打“√”的單選回答,得分依次為4、3、2、I。計算學習動機水平的總得分,參照同類調查統(tǒng)計分析的慣例將學習動機水平分為低、中和高共三級。采用整群抽樣、整班施測的方法調查了在中山大學接受成人高等醫(yī)學教育的51個班級學生中隨機選取的13個班級的941名學牛的學習動機水平。采用被調查對象當學期的5門閉卷考試課程成績的卷面分數(shù),把這些分數(shù)換算成標準分,然后計算5門課程的標準分平均分,用標準分平均分作為學習成績指標。從不同年齡、性別、婚姻狀況、工作性質、工作年限和收入水平六個影響因素探討成人醫(yī)學生學習動機水平與學習成績的關系。結果和討論1求知興趣和職業(yè)進展動機水平較高、占主導地位成人醫(yī)學生學習動機表現(xiàn)在求知興趣、職業(yè)進展、外界期望、社會服務、社會接觸和逃避或刺激等六個方面,但求知興趣和職業(yè)進展兩個動機得分較高,表現(xiàn)得較強烈。這一方面反映了成人醫(yī)學生表現(xiàn)出對專業(yè)知識的濃厚興趣,另一方面是出于自身職業(yè)的考慮、個人利益的追求。說明隨著社會的發(fā)展,衛(wèi)生服務體系和衛(wèi)生服務模式的深刻變革,衛(wèi)生領域各種準入制的建立,人民群眾日益增長的衛(wèi)生服務需求,對衛(wèi)生技術人員的技能、文憑提出了越來越高的要求。作為學歷層次較低的在職衛(wèi)生技術人員需要通過接受教育,通過不斷地學習來充實和完善自己,掌握急需的知識和技能,提高專業(yè)理論水平和文憑,獲取各種衛(wèi)生準入資格。因此,成人醫(yī)學生為知識、文憑而學習的動機具有一定的現(xiàn)實性和合理性。2各種學習動機彼此關聯(lián),具有一定的可變性成人醫(yī)學生由于他們所處的年齡階段、職業(yè)及社會地位等的不同,具有角色的多重性和社會多層次性的特點,他們承擔著對家庭、工作、事業(yè)的不同責任,他們在價值觀念、認知水平和目標追求上也會有不同的表現(xiàn),這些內容在一定程度上影響著他們學習動機的不同表現(xiàn)和要求。因此在學習動機上表現(xiàn)山求知型、發(fā)展型、交往型和服務型等差異。但這些學習動機并不是孤立存在的,而是彼此關聯(lián),在一定條件下互相依存,互相促進的。3學習動機與學習成績的關系學習動機水平處于在中等程度時,學習成績最好,學習成績的差異與求知興趣、職業(yè)進展兩個動機水平強度的高低有密切
