簡介:對外經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易大學碩士學位論文外國公司進入與中國民用航空維修業(yè)姓名郁偉申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)國際貿(mào)易指導教師張瑋2002101第一章民用航空維修服務業(yè)概述E機作為現(xiàn)代化的交通運輸工具是由包括發(fā)動機在內(nèi)的眾多凝聚著高新技術(shù)成果的摹部件組成。各零部件的生產(chǎn)和維修需要嚴格的質(zhì)量認證,如FAA,、IAA認證,以確保E機使用的高可靠性,從而保證飛行安全。飛機、發(fā)動機及其零部件的維修可使飛機保持持續(xù)適航性。隨著航空運輸業(yè)的出現(xiàn),航空維修服務業(yè)便應運而生。第一節(jié)航空維修服務業(yè)的定義航空維修服務業(yè)屬第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的范疇,是指為飛機、發(fā)動機及其零部件提供維修并對岑部件提供倉儲和銷售的行業(yè)。它有別『航空運輸業(yè)和航空制造、LK,I;F『者是指航空客貨運輸,后者指飛機、發(fā)動機及其零部件的研發(fā)和制造。三者之陽J又有聯(lián)系,航空運輸業(yè)的發(fā)展將刺激飛機的需求并帶動航空制造業(yè)和維修服務業(yè)的發(fā)展。航空維修服務業(yè)包含丁兩方面的服務一是指對飛機的維修與維護方面的服務AIRCRA、LREPAIRANDMNLERLARLCESERVICE服務貿(mào)易總協(xié)定關(guān)于空運服務的附件第六條第A歆將該』LJJJK務定義為“在退出服務的一架飛機或其一部分上進行的維修與維護活動,但其不包括所謂的‘航班飛機的保養(yǎng)”’。從該定義覆蓋的服務范圍來看總體』與航空業(yè)界所稱的MROMAINTENANCEREPAIRANDOVERHAUL服務范圍~致。二是指各種飛機、發(fā)動機“零部件的分銷業(yè)務。據(jù)統(tǒng)計,雖受“911”事件影響,2001年全球航空維修市場仍達釗412億美元收益?!N覈F(xiàn)有各種類型的民用飛機520架,每年用|丁維修和零部件購炙的費用就達100億元人民幣,因而跨國航空維修服務早已成為國際服務貿(mào)易的一種重要形式,目阿國際航空運輸業(yè)已發(fā)展延伸至世界大部分國家和地區(qū)。而維修服務的提供者大多是維修服務行業(yè)中實力雄厚的跨國公司?!霸诳鐕救蚪?jīng)營和發(fā)展的過程中,I”T多跨困公司深感服務業(yè)對其獲耿競爭優(yōu)勢的重要性,這就加速了服務國際化的速度?!边@就使跨國維修服務企業(yè)以其獨特的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢和質(zhì)量認證體系在東道凼建。起壟斷的優(yōu)勢,占領(lǐng)相關(guān)重要部件的維修市場。它們在競爭激烈的市場上尋求市場機會?!澳膯呜晡礉M足的需要,哪旱就有做生意的機會”,各維修服務企業(yè)以國際市場營銷的理念,向航窄公,習提供卓越的服務來滿足航空公司的需求。
