簡(jiǎn)介:對(duì)大跨橋梁實(shí)施施工過(guò)程控制,是確保施工質(zhì)量和安全的重要環(huán)節(jié),是確保成橋狀態(tài)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求的重要措施。施工控制的內(nèi)容主要是通過(guò)對(duì)施工過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的偏差進(jìn)行分析識(shí)別,發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題并及時(shí)進(jìn)行糾偏,同時(shí)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的后續(xù)階段進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),使施工系統(tǒng)始終處于控制之中。本文詳細(xì)論述和推導(dǎo)了四種用于橋梁施工階段高程控制的理論最小二乘法、人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、灰色系統(tǒng)理論和卡爾曼濾波法。對(duì)最小二乘法和人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的算法進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),引入了灰色系統(tǒng)理論的應(yīng)用條件和精度評(píng)判標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)卡爾曼濾波法進(jìn)行了靈活運(yùn)用。另外,論文提出了各理論在MATLAB里的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,在實(shí)際應(yīng)用最小二乘法和人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí),為了達(dá)到更好效果又引入了參數(shù)敏感性分析和灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析。以一座在建的預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋?yàn)楸尘埃瑢⒏骼碚搼?yīng)用于實(shí)踐,對(duì)各方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)和控制效果進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的比較和分析,最后加以綜合考慮,提出了以最小二乘法和灰色系統(tǒng)理論相結(jié)合的方法。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,該方法對(duì)大跨度梁橋的高程控制具有較高的實(shí)用性。

簡(jiǎn)介:注塑過(guò)程是目前應(yīng)用較為廣泛的塑料加工方法,其保壓壓力、注射速度等過(guò)程參數(shù)的控制品質(zhì)是影響制品質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵因素。注塑過(guò)程是一種典型的間歇過(guò)程,具有時(shí)間軸和批次軸的2維動(dòng)態(tài)特性。但是,由于注塑過(guò)程的快速性和控制器軟硬件限制,傳統(tǒng)的2D算法因其復(fù)雜性難以在注塑機(jī)控制器上實(shí)現(xiàn)。因此,對(duì)于以注塑過(guò)程為典型代表的快速間歇過(guò)程,如何研究一種快速高效的2維控制算法,在保證閉環(huán)控制性能的前提下,同時(shí)解決實(shí)時(shí)計(jì)算量大、占用計(jì)算資源多的問(wèn)題,一直是近年來(lái)過(guò)程控制的研究熱點(diǎn)。針對(duì)這種需求,本論文開(kāi)展了面向注塑過(guò)程的快速高效2D控制算法研究。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和成果如下1在2D控制框架下,將預(yù)測(cè)函數(shù)控制PFC和迭代學(xué)習(xí)控制ILC相結(jié)合,提出了一種2D預(yù)測(cè)函數(shù)控制2DPFC算法分析了算法的高效性和參數(shù)整定策略最后,通過(guò)仿真對(duì)算法的收斂性、抗擾性、約束處理等方面進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,并與IMCPID的控制性能進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,表明了算法的優(yōu)越性。2考慮到注塑控制系統(tǒng)的軟硬件限制問(wèn)題,通過(guò)采用單基函數(shù)和雙基函數(shù),對(duì)2DPFC算法進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)化,進(jìn)一步降低算法的在線(xiàn)和離線(xiàn)的運(yùn)算量。利用2DPFC簡(jiǎn)化算法,在工業(yè)注塑機(jī)上實(shí)現(xiàn)了注射速度和保壓壓力的閉環(huán)控制,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了算法的高性能和實(shí)用性。3在單基函數(shù)2DPFC基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步通過(guò)采用一階加純滯后模型描述注塑過(guò)程,分析過(guò)程和模型之間的誤差并進(jìn)行預(yù)估,設(shè)計(jì)了基于2D誤差預(yù)估的預(yù)測(cè)函數(shù)控制算法,所得控制律更加簡(jiǎn)潔且控制參數(shù)易于整定。最后通過(guò)仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試了算法的收斂性、抗擾性和高階失配下的控制性能,并與IMCPID控制性能進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,表明了算法的有效性。

簡(jiǎn)介:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,建筑業(yè)已經(jīng)成為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要支柱之一。近些年,人們往往對(duì)建筑的成本及工期比較重視,對(duì)質(zhì)量的重視程度明顯不足。工程質(zhì)量的好壞不僅直接影響建筑項(xiàng)目的使用壽命,而且一旦出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,會(huì)造成巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。工程質(zhì)量與工程成本、進(jìn)度等具有相輔相成的關(guān)系,顯然一旦出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題將會(huì)影響成本、進(jìn)度等目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。隨著現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)項(xiàng)目標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提高,業(yè)主對(duì)質(zhì)量方面的要求越來(lái)越高。傳統(tǒng)質(zhì)量控制存在信息化程度低、信息共享與協(xié)同困難、易形成信息孤島、不具有可視化、缺乏精細(xì)化質(zhì)量管理理念等缺點(diǎn),加強(qiáng)建筑工程質(zhì)量管理和提高質(zhì)量控制有效性成為一道難題。本文針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)質(zhì)量控制的缺點(diǎn)和建筑業(yè)信息化發(fā)展趨勢(shì),提出了基于建筑信息模型BIMBUILDINGINFMATIONMODELING,BIM的施工過(guò)程質(zhì)量控制的論點(diǎn),以達(dá)到推廣BIM技術(shù)的普遍應(yīng)用,促進(jìn)建筑業(yè)信息化發(fā)展,豐富項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制方法,提高建筑項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量控制水平及有效性和增強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的目的。本文采用理論分析、實(shí)證分析、對(duì)比分析、文獻(xiàn)研究等方法,嘗試在施工階段構(gòu)建基于BIM的信息化質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)框架,創(chuàng)建一種可視化、符合多目標(biāo)需求的質(zhì)量控制系統(tǒng)。具體探索了BIM在施工質(zhì)量控制中的具體實(shí)施方法對(duì)其他建筑施工質(zhì)量控制提供重要的借鑒和指導(dǎo);探索施工企業(yè)項(xiàng)目部通過(guò)建立基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),細(xì)化和規(guī)范各部門(mén)的職責(zé)及過(guò)程管理流程,確保BIM的成功實(shí)施;最后通過(guò)A項(xiàng)目實(shí)證了BIM質(zhì)量控制的成功應(yīng)用,并取得了良好的效益。

簡(jiǎn)介:隨著國(guó)家基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)快速發(fā)展橋梁在重慶、上海、武漢等各大城市大量涌現(xiàn)。對(duì)橋梁的進(jìn)行安全監(jiān)測(cè)確保各大城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)命脈安全運(yùn)行具有重要意義。為了推動(dòng)橋梁監(jiān)測(cè)的自動(dòng)化、智能化本文針對(duì)重慶市的橋梁特點(diǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)了相應(yīng)的遠(yuǎn)程控制監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)。自動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)可分為兩個(gè)部分遠(yuǎn)程控制監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)和地面自動(dòng)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)。地面自動(dòng)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)是遠(yuǎn)程控制監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)主要負(fù)責(zé)基本的數(shù)據(jù)采集和處理它能夠根據(jù)一定的質(zhì)量指標(biāo)自定具體的觀測(cè)順序和觀測(cè)間隔獲得符合要求的數(shù)據(jù)并對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)做初步的反應(yīng)。遠(yuǎn)程控制監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)在地面自動(dòng)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上具備數(shù)據(jù)的遠(yuǎn)程傳輸和指令下達(dá)而且能夠在必要時(shí)對(duì)地面自動(dòng)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)給予人工干預(yù)保證測(cè)量工作正常進(jìn)行。本文主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面內(nèi)容1介紹測(cè)量機(jī)器人的基礎(chǔ)功能。測(cè)量機(jī)器人具有就簡(jiǎn)單的自動(dòng)操作功能同時(shí)配備程序接口可以利用這些接口開(kāi)發(fā)相對(duì)復(fù)雜的地面自動(dòng)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)從而將測(cè)量機(jī)器人簡(jiǎn)單的自動(dòng)功能有機(jī)組合完成復(fù)雜的觀測(cè)任務(wù)。分析了采用的地面自動(dòng)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)的效果。地面自動(dòng)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)是遠(yuǎn)程控制系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)軟件本文分析了一款國(guó)產(chǎn)地面控制系統(tǒng)與萊卡多測(cè)繪軟件的應(yīng)用效果認(rèn)為他們都能夠符合需求滿(mǎn)足開(kāi)發(fā)的遠(yuǎn)程控制系統(tǒng)的需要。2介紹了遠(yuǎn)程控制監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)所需的接口和協(xié)議、使用的開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)及開(kāi)發(fā)中的注意事項(xiàng)等。本文設(shè)計(jì)的遠(yuǎn)程控制系統(tǒng)主要通訊方式是無(wú)線(xiàn)電通訊主要使用的接口包括GSI接口、II碼協(xié)議和GEOCOM接口技術(shù)。3對(duì)實(shí)時(shí)控制監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)做了具體的研究和實(shí)現(xiàn)。分析了自動(dòng)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)對(duì)測(cè)量機(jī)器人的功能需求、遠(yuǎn)程控制監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的功能需求、技術(shù)方案設(shè)計(jì)、軟件功能實(shí)現(xiàn)等。將遠(yuǎn)程控制監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)分為六大模塊工程管理、系統(tǒng)設(shè)置、初始化測(cè)量、自動(dòng)測(cè)量、數(shù)據(jù)處理模塊和成果輸出等并編程實(shí)現(xiàn)了這些模塊功能。4分析該系統(tǒng)在重慶跨江橋梁變形監(jiān)測(cè)中的應(yīng)用效果。介紹了工程內(nèi)容、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、外業(yè)組織實(shí)施等及遠(yuǎn)程控制監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的操作步驟。分析了該系統(tǒng)的實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果。證明依據(jù)本文思想開(kāi)發(fā)的遠(yuǎn)程控制監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)能夠很好的完成既定的測(cè)量任務(wù)具有良好的處理突發(fā)情況的能力達(dá)到了預(yù)期的目的。
