簡(jiǎn)介:質(zhì)量是公路工程建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵任何一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)、任何一個(gè)部位出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題都會(huì)給工程的整體質(zhì)量帶來(lái)嚴(yán)重的后果直接影響到公路的使用效益甚至返工重建造成巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。因此工程質(zhì)量是公路工程建設(shè)的生命。由于中國(guó)的公路行業(yè)一直是粗放經(jīng)營(yíng)信息化程度不高因此現(xiàn)在大部分公路施工還沒(méi)有做到全面的質(zhì)量過(guò)程控制不少地方還是用手工記錄各種數(shù)據(jù)。存在的主要問(wèn)題有數(shù)據(jù)的真實(shí)性數(shù)據(jù)的完整性數(shù)據(jù)的一致性。各個(gè)公路處正在加快公路行業(yè)信息化的實(shí)施進(jìn)程爭(zhēng)取盡快實(shí)現(xiàn)全面的信息化管理。根據(jù)部頒標(biāo)準(zhǔn)本文提出了路面施工質(zhì)量過(guò)程控制框架論述了框架的結(jié)構(gòu)、組成部分及功能根據(jù)框架提出了路面施工質(zhì)量過(guò)程控制系統(tǒng)作為實(shí)施方法論述了路面施工質(zhì)量過(guò)程控制系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)和相關(guān)的應(yīng)用技術(shù)通過(guò)用例分析論述了POS子系統(tǒng)在路面施工質(zhì)量過(guò)程控制系統(tǒng)的地位和作用分析了POS子系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)闡述了POS子系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)功能。同時(shí)對(duì)POS子系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)的軟、硬件環(huán)境進(jìn)行了介紹開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境直接影響到POS子系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。對(duì)POS子系統(tǒng)的畫(huà)面及功能、IC數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)交換機(jī)制和代碼進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)最后簡(jiǎn)述基本信息管理和IC管理的實(shí)現(xiàn)重點(diǎn)論述供應(yīng)商POS、拌和站POS、施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)POS和路面檢測(cè)POS系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。同時(shí)詳細(xì)探討了POS子系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題以及相關(guān)的解決方法。路面施工質(zhì)量質(zhì)量過(guò)程控制系統(tǒng)系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在實(shí)際的使用中本文闡述的POS子系統(tǒng)也已經(jīng)達(dá)到了預(yù)期的效果運(yùn)行良好受到公路處的肯定。
