    • 簡(jiǎn)介:“面向21世紀(jì)中國(guó)教育振興行動(dòng)計(jì)劃”指出“要把職業(yè)教育工作的重點(diǎn)放到提高質(zhì)量和效益上來(lái)”,由此可見,社會(huì)對(duì)職業(yè)教育的質(zhì)量給予了普遍關(guān)注。筆者認(rèn)為教育的一切活動(dòng)都是圍繞學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展展開的,學(xué)生不僅是整個(gè)教育活動(dòng)的主體,也是整個(gè)教育質(zhì)量的載體。在此過(guò)程中,如果我們能夠深入了解學(xué)生的個(gè)體差異和學(xué)習(xí)特征,對(duì)他們的學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程和效果進(jìn)行科學(xué)、有效的評(píng)價(jià),就一定能從很大程度上保證和提高職業(yè)教育的質(zhì)量。對(duì)職業(yè)學(xué)生專業(yè)能力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),首先有必要了解當(dāng)前職業(yè)學(xué)生專業(yè)能力的現(xiàn)狀和當(dāng)前社會(huì)對(duì)職業(yè)學(xué)生的要求,在此基礎(chǔ)上,筆者提出一種新型教育評(píng)價(jià)理念和教育評(píng)價(jià)模式基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展性學(xué)生專業(yè)能力評(píng)價(jià)研究,試圖構(gòu)建一種校內(nèi)校外企業(yè)和學(xué)校、網(wǎng)上網(wǎng)下理論和實(shí)踐的評(píng)價(jià)平臺(tái),打破傳統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)的時(shí)空限制,突破學(xué)校的圍墻,區(qū)域的樊籬,從而有效的保證學(xué)校不脫離社會(huì),學(xué)生的理論不脫離實(shí)踐。1現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育必須突破傳統(tǒng)的教育評(píng)價(jià)模式,從職業(yè)教育的特點(diǎn)和職業(yè)學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)出發(fā),突顯職業(yè)教育學(xué)生的能力。從理論上看,現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育是在建構(gòu)主義學(xué)習(xí)理論的科學(xué)指導(dǎo)下建立和發(fā)展起來(lái)的。建構(gòu)主義學(xué)習(xí)理論強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生的主體地位,主張學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中的積極參與,以實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的個(gè)性化發(fā)展,通過(guò)新型的評(píng)價(jià)方式引導(dǎo)學(xué)生挖掘潛能,形成奮發(fā)向上的動(dòng)力。發(fā)展性學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)其主要內(nèi)容是讓學(xué)生在了解自己、了解社會(huì)的基礎(chǔ)上,確立實(shí)事求是的職業(yè)理想;制定具體、可操作的階段目標(biāo)及其相應(yīng)措施,不斷培養(yǎng)興趣、調(diào)適性格、提高能力,主動(dòng)適應(yīng)即將從事的職業(yè)對(duì)從業(yè)者素質(zhì)的要求,提高學(xué)習(xí)自覺(jué)性;明白“人人有才、人無(wú)全才、揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短、個(gè)個(gè)成才”的道理,徹底挖掘?qū)W生潛在的內(nèi)驅(qū)力,形成“成功者”的心態(tài),使他們對(duì)未來(lái)的職業(yè)生涯充滿信心;了解當(dāng)前的就業(yè)形勢(shì)和就業(yè)機(jī)制,懂得“先立足、后發(fā)展”的道理,形成符合社會(huì)和個(gè)人實(shí)際的就業(yè)觀。職業(yè)教育也因此進(jìn)行了巨大的變革和創(chuàng)新。2在本文中,筆者對(duì)當(dāng)前學(xué)生的工作適應(yīng)性和企業(yè)對(duì)學(xué)生的要求進(jìn)行了分析,然后對(duì)學(xué)生專業(yè)能力進(jìn)行了界定,之后就發(fā)展性評(píng)價(jià)如何在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中體現(xiàn)做了分析,最后基于發(fā)展性評(píng)價(jià)理論,具體提出了網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下開展學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)的個(gè)案,評(píng)價(jià)的真正目的在于通過(guò)有利的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境,協(xié)助學(xué)生成為自主的內(nèi)省學(xué)習(xí)者,在學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中不斷檢查、修正自己的不足,在學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐中成材。我們必須充分考慮職業(yè)教育的學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)不僅有異于傳統(tǒng)教育的學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)方式,也有異于傳統(tǒng)教育學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)的內(nèi)容。據(jù)此,在現(xiàn)代教育評(píng)價(jià)理論的指導(dǎo)下,根據(jù)職業(yè)教育學(xué)習(xí)的特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律,作者對(duì)職業(yè)教育學(xué)生專業(yè)能力評(píng)價(jià)的內(nèi)容和方法進(jìn)行了具體的分析和論述,采用定性與定量的方法,構(gòu)建了一套適用于職業(yè)教育學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)的體系結(jié)構(gòu),并用實(shí)際案例證明,將其科學(xué)的應(yīng)用到學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)的活動(dòng)中是切實(shí)可行的,并且具有較好的科學(xué)指導(dǎo)意義,符合現(xiàn)代教育的發(fā)展要求。
